Review: I listened to this DVD and thought the sound quality was great considering it's a live concert. I don't understand all the belly-aching about sound quality - it wasn't created in a recording studio. Shania can really sing. Compare the quality of her voice here to the studio-recorded equivalent. She's simply great. I love her backup band as well. The whole performance was energized and fun, especially when she invited members from the audience up on stage. Shania really projects a loving and caring image. God bless you, Shania, and keep pumping out the DVDs. I can't wait.A 50-year-old fan

Summary: Shania Twain - WOW!
Review: I thought the DVD was very good. The sound quality is excellent. I am using a Sony DVD player ran through a Yamaha digital amp. I also have center channel audio. Now, to the video. It is 2 hours of really good stuff. Shania and her band are very energetic. Shania is a fan pleaser and gets her fans involved in her show. She is truly a remarkable person and hasn't forgotten her roots. She cares about the "little" people and I can't wait till her next addition is released.

Review: You gotta get this video! I attended this concert live and thought it was great that it was released on video. I can keep reliving it and the video is even better for the fact that your up close! Shania is a great performer and artist! This is definitely one to get!!

Review: This video will keep you coming back for more. Shania really gets into her music, and she truly deserves to be what she is today: A star! From start to finish, this video is dynamite. All of her hits (and some lesser known songs) can be found here. My faves are "Man! I Feel Like A Woman!", "If Youre Not In It For Love, I'm Outta Here", "Any Man Of Mine", "Honey I'm Home", and "God Bless The Child". If you have never seen Shania in concert, don't hesitate. BUY THIS VIDEO!

Summary: Superb Performance
Review: The Music: Fantastic! Shania has an excellent live voice, and can see she really enjoys performing live to her fans. She is not the only person on stage having a great time, her musicians are constantly surrounding her playing their violins, guitars etc. and musically this video is a MUST for anyone who likes the music of Shania Twain. Visually: A lot of concerts consist of a band at the back and the singers at the front doing what they do, and to watch on television can be a little disappointing. This concert, is extremely entertaining from beginning to end and won't leave you bored for a moment. Highlights: Footage is shown of Shania when she was about 10 years of age singing. During the concert, we see just how lovely a person Shania is when she has a couple of young children on stage with her dancing with her. The whole concert is a highlight, it's fantastic and very entertaining. Criticism: Basically I have none, except she gets a man on stage with her during my favorite song 'Dont Be Stupid' and he's REALLY annoying!

Summary: the country music goddess from Ontario
Review: Shania fans will love this concert, which is just wall-to-wall music. It is not what I expected to see at all; it has no lavish costume changes, no razzle-dazzle, no huge production numbers...just Shania, with her large and accomplished band, who play brilliantly for her, singing song after song.
She wears a chartreuse and black exercise outfit for the first hour, black pants and a leopard print jacket in the second half, with a jacket change for the last four songs. With little make-up and no jewelry, her beauty is spectacular. The song list is:

Review: The guy who dances on stage to Shanias tune, "Don't Be Stupid (You Know I Love You)," tells the audience she's "awesome!" And she is! This is a must video for any Shania fans, and if you're not, you will be, when you check out this 2-hour concert performance. Shania is compelling to watch, from start to finish and the music is lively with some tunes pulling at the heart strings. Tonight, I watched Shania Twains other video (also available here at Amazon.com) from VH1's documentary, "Behind The Music", and was touched by her story. Shania is an Ojibway name for "I'm on my way" and she is definitely a woman with incredible determination, strength, courage, and talent. Get this "Shania Twain Live" video, it's AWESOME !!

Summary: Unbelievably Good!!!
Review: If you like Shania Twain's music at all, you'll love this DVD. Tons of songs on it, and all performed brilliantly. Just a great show, showing off a tremendous talent. My only complaint is that she cut one of my favorite songs, "The Woman In Me", short by performing it within a medley. Other than that, though, it's superb. Contains so many great hits from "The Woman In Me" and "Come On Over" that it should satisfy any fan.

Summary: Shania Twain - Live
Review: I read the other reviews proir to renting this concert. I am sad to say that I was dissapointed. I do not doubt that Shania is a very talented performer. In my opinion, this was not one of Shania's best efforts. Furthermore, the sound was not mixed well for this concert. I have rented (and own) several concerts, and this one has below average sound quality. This show comes off as not being "the big time". We all are aware that by this time in Shania's career (1999) that she had already hit "the big time". Shania does not do much to make this show very entertaining. The weave she is donning with her hair completely takes away from her looks that everyone knows her for. I do not think that there was any costume changes throughout the entire show. This is NOT a terrible concert, although, if you are expecting something impressive from this concert just because Shania is a superstar and her music is very entertaining, you might feel that this concert is a bit of a letdown.
