Summary: Restoring my faith!
Review: I was somewhat disappointed with the last live video from the boys (No Bull) but was blown away by this one. The digital sound is fantastic and the band is really tight. They sound great. Even You Shook Me All Night Long sounded good (I've never been impressed with that song live).

I will agree with a previous reviwer that the bonus footage could have been better. What's there is good, but it's only 10 minutes long. I also like the song selection. Sure all the usual suspects are included but I love that they played What Do You Do For Money Honey and especially Up To My Neck In You. Thanks for keeping us on our toes guys.

What the band really needs now is a DVD or 2 DVD set that contains footage and interviews from their entire career. There's got to be a TON of stuff out there that we rabid AC/DC fans would love to see. Oh well, maybe sometime down the road. For now, this one rocks. If you're a fan of the band I highly recommend it.

Summary: Huge concert, huge band
Review: I just bought this great DVD last weekend and it has been the most exciting concert that I ever seen, the band is excellent, the crowd is really good, the songs selection was one of the best I've seen (actually I would like to hear 2 or 3 songs of the great last album), the guitar cordination it's amazing and the powerful of Brian is very very good.

The climax with the development of the concert is growing with each minute one of the greatest moments is when the band plays The Jack, you have to see it.

Good for the band and I hope to see them on the road early.

Summary: Great Show!
Review: This is a great AC/DC DVD! Just like every other AC/DC DVD so far! This show is rocking, great and you will enjoy yourself even if your not a fan!

It dosent come with subtitles which sucks :(
but it comes with a little interveiw with the band and showing a bit of behind the scene work, I do wish there was more packed into it! but This is must have for the AC/DC fanatic!

Summary: This DVD rocked!
Review: They may be getting on in years a bit, but this conert in Munich proved that AC/DC still has the goods. All the major tunes are here, plus a few juicy bits from bygone days. Angus puts on an act during Bad Boy Boogie that brings the house down. The guitars shine during Thunderstruck and Hard as a Rock, which has a little video presentation on the screens behind the band. The intro featuring a giant walking animated version of the Angus statue they bring on tour was cool. Overall, I'd say it was well worth the price.

Summary: AC/DC - Stiff Upper Lip Live
Review: I don't have 6 speakers, so that may be a problem. In stereo mode this concert sucks. The audio is ever changing volume without me changing the volume. The volume seems to get loudest between songs and more quiet during the songs. The volume even got more quiet during a guitar solo. The audio sounds mashed together in a lot of places.

I grew up with AC/DC. Thier first video will allways be their best. Bon Scott was the comedy in AC/DC that made them fun. It seems like the further away they get from their glory years the more wooden they look to me.

This video with its sound failures ends up being a bunch of commercialized trash for kids. The whole thing looks like a carnival. I know I need to buy some plastic red devil's horns to get the real experiance. I think BUY is the key word when it comes to AC/DC these days.

What I would like to see is a video shot around 85 or 86 when someone actually cared. A video that would capture what AC/DC really was. I am sure this review will be buried. To any real AC/DC fans out there SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Summary: Great Show!
Review: This is a great AC/DC DVD! Just like every other AC/DC DVD so far! This show is rocking, great and you will enjoy yourself if your into this kind of music.

Its a live show with a great selection of there many hits, AC/DC fans are always a little disapointed when there fav. songs arnt on a live show, but with AC/DC having had so many hits and favs with the fans, it would be hard to do a show that goes for a week!

What you get is AC/DC doing what they do best. This time round theres been some more done with some props and piro then on the previous tours and DVD shows! There is a big statue of Angus called "jnr" behind them all during the show, it blows out smoke, it moves around, and its eyes glow red, theres piro crackling off, bells ringing, cannons going off, and fire shooting out of the stage during "highway to hell" and of coarse Angus up to what he's done best for the last 30 years, duck walking and running around, and getting up close with the crowed on the cat walk!

It dosent come with subtitles which [...] :(
but it comes with a little interveiw with the band, and showing a bit of behind the scenes with them, but nothing a non die hard fan would be intrested in watchign more then once i dont think? I do wish there was more packed into it! but This is still the must have for the AC/DC fan, they maybe a little older, and going grey, but there music is still the best its ever been, and the shows are just getting better and better as youll see on this great DVD!

Summary: Does it get any better?
Review: Wow. I bought this a while back only to find out my dvd player was broken, so i had to wait 2 months till we got a new one. The second it was plugged up i popped this DVD in and was blown away. What can i say? Brian sings amazing for being however old he is. Malcolm and Cliff hang back the entire time, except when doing backup vocals, but they have such a large impact on the sound. Along with drummer Phil Rudd, they create such a simple yet solid foundation that blows you away. And of course Angus goes balls out on everything. I love the part in Bad Boy Boogie where Angus decides to strip all his clothes. Plus the 15 minutes guitar solo in Let There Be Rock blew my f*ckin socks off.

The only problem was in Thunderstruck. Don't get me wrong, the song itself was awesome, just Angus didn't do the signature "one hand in the air" rock pose he's so well known for. You could tell the crowd was a little dissapointed. But other than that, this DVD is incredible. Any AC/DC fan, hell everyone should own this DVD. This is where good musics at. Long live AC/DC, and Rock N Roll Will never die!

Summary: It`s always the same concert- but it ROCKS!
Review: This is one damn solid collection of tunes and the audio quality is fantastic. The frequent camera changes are a bit much but I found them to be tolerable (this`d be a good DVD to throw on during a party; people could mostly listen to the music and occasionally take a look at the screen). A lot of people think Johnson`s voice is cooked, but they forget that he was in his thirties when he first joined the band to begin with, and that nobody who screams like that can sound exactly the same after doing it for almost a quarter century (listen to "Toys in the Attic" era Aerosmith compared to today. And Johnson`s even older than Tyler, if you can believe that). While his vocals have lost a little pitch over the years, his ability to belt out this band`s stadium rattling anthems with power and authority is very much intact, as is the rest of the band. I saw these guys last summer at SARS-stock and the contrast between them and the Stones was amazing. The Stones played like a bunch of geezers reheating some old chestnuts for a crowd that was in awe of them just being there, while AC/DC cranked out track after blistering track with unwavering energy and a level of enthusiasm you`d never think possible of a band that`s played these songs thousands of times before, and that`s what they do here.

Summary: The best AC/DC concert in the world!
Review: This concert rocks! It had great songs like 'HIGHWAY TO HELL', 'BACK IN BLACK', AND 'HELL'S BELLS'. It was a great concert but it would be better if Bon Scott was the singer instead of Brian Johnson. But great show, great fans. It was so good I pooped. In my pants. They opened obviously with 'STIFF UPPER LIP' and they closed with 'FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK' and they did an encore with 'SHOT DOWN IN FLAMES'. HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!

Summary: YOUR LIP WILL QUIVER!
Review: Obviously, you like AC/DC, or else you wouldn't be here. Select the DTS track, turn up the volume, and crank the sub-woofer. Don't expect your little plastic housing mini-speakers to do it justice. If you have the power and floor mounted fronts, turn it up! The track list and photography is great is great, and there are no artsy camera techniques here to distract the viewer. The music speaks for itself. DTS kicks ... again! I wish all DVD's had double the compression ratio like DTS! DTS ROCKS! This DVD is definitely not for new age types.
