Review: I am a theater/movie professor, and an English literature professor. I have my students see and read everything they can, which we then discuss in class. Never have I been so moved! This is top on my list of recommended movies to my students. A "must-see"!!!!

Review: i was 13 when i saw this movie with my 15 year old sister. when i got out of the theater all i could say was wow. the way the love and hope contrast with the pain and suffering of the time is truly amazing and will bring you close to tears. the way roberto loved his family had a strong effect on me. i assure you, you will love the movie.

Review: Life is beautiful was the best movie I have seen yet. The movie tells a story yet keeps it in a frame that even a child would understand. The message, that his father gave his life for his son , is one that everyone needs to learn especially at this time where it is being told in our culture that family does not matter and the only thing that is important is your own feelings and self esteem. Thank you for making this movie.

Summary: Extraordinarily touching--near perfect cinema
Review: This film is so affecting, so vividly real that one could go in knowing the story completely and still be moved. I've heard criticisms that the first half was slow or disjointed. Don't you believe it. The first half is sweet and real and sets up the pain and glory of the second half. The concept itself is unbelievable--that Benigni pulls it off is sheer triumph. This is no syrupy-sweet story of good over evil. It is a chilling, haunting fable of faith and love and hope over almost unendurable doom. A film like this appears once in a lifetime. To hear criticisms of this film is like hearing criticisms of my children. I take both personally. See it.

Review: Life is Beautiful is a movie you will enjoy with your family or without. I am 13, and I saw this movie alone. I think that Roberto Benigni is an increadible actor and director. I am glad he won 3 Academy Awards for his movie!

Summary: THE BEST MOVIE EVER MADE
Review: This movie is purely amazing. It made me laugh and it made me cry and it also left me with a changed world view. The movie shows extreme sacrifice and what love a father can show even in the most extreme circumstances. When I left the theater, all I could say was "wow" as I tried not to continue crying. The film left me in awe at the overall quality with which this film was made. I can't wait to see it again... to bad it left town here so quickly I was only able to see it once. This movie is purely wonderful and everyone should see it if they haven't already.
