Review: If you haven't seen this movie (it doesn't matter whether you hate Clint Eastwood) -- it is a must see! It is a best-of-class western and an intensely riveting story. The horsemanship, gunslinging, and lonesome drifting is set against a backbeat of rebirth and renewal. Eastwood is a sage revenge seeker who seeks an end to his own ravaging of the world around him. Josey is a legend -- both the man and the movie.

Review: I saw "Josie Wales" when it was first released in 1976. I thought then and I still think it goes largely unrecognized as one of the greatest western movies ever made. Besides being good Eastwood, it is full of colorful characters and a sure fire plot to boot. The DVD version just adds good sound and clarity to the original.
