Summary: DVD Does Not Work
Review: Great Movie, I've been looking for it for ages, and I was thirlled to find it on DVD. However, the version done by Anchor Bay Entertainment does not work on either DVD players I own. When I brought it back, I was told that the DVD does not work on many peoples' DVD players, so beware, Anchor Bay Entertainment's version on Space Camp might not work! (I own other Anchor Bay Entertainment DVDs and they work fine, so don't worry about buying other DVDs from them!)

Summary: total nostaligic cheese, but good
Review: I am not sure why I am writing a review on this, since it's not even available, but I guess that's the way love goes. I watched this over and over as a child. It's such an impossible premise, but it's entertaining. It is! I swear! And check out who plays the young kid, I think his name is "Max." Or that's maybe the robot. I can't remember, but I do remember that I used to pretend I had a photographic memory cos of the girl in this movie. Ha.

Summary: Great Story that brings back memories...
Review: I bought a DVD copy of this before Amazon carried it themselves, i had to buy it from a private seller. The Day of the Columbia disaster was very sad for me. for some reason i really wanted to buy this movie because of accident.
This is an excelent story that will really cheer you up. A great pick for kids.

Summary: A classic science fiction adventure film
Review: I can remember when this film first came out. Not only did I have a huge crush on Kelly Preston, but I also remeber how much I enjoyed the storyline, the characters, everything. Sadly, the film also reminded the public of the Challenger disaster, which occured five months before the film's release. Definately poor timing.Nevertheless, SpaceCamp is a very entertaining film. One of the finest that 20th Century Fox ever produced and distributed. It had a remarkable cast and very good special effects. Surprisingly, someone I used to attend school with was actually there in Huntsville, Alabama and Cape Canaveral when the movie was being filmed. I might also add, the film led to the career boosts of Lea Thompson, Tate Donovan, Kelly Preston, and a young Joaquin Phoenix. And it also led to the boost of the construction of the International Space Station. If you enjoy science fiction and keeping track of NASA, then you will enjoy this film.

Review: I don'think you can get worse than this. The special effects are ludicrous and the acting embarrisingly bad. It's a disgrace. Stay away from it.

Summary: PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!
Review: I have seen this movie only once a long time after it came out. I saw that it had OK acting. What do you expect from an 80's movie? Anyway I am just about to go to Huntsville for my school and the movie was a great way to look forward to my trip! LOL The movie shows how accidents can be solved using problem solving and it shows the interest many have in space. I rate this movie with 4 stars because it shows not only problem solving but the persistence young people have to go into space or follow their dreams.

Review: I just got off the phone with the vendor VIDAYO in California.
I never dealt with nicer people. I think I will be ok and I will get my moneys worth now. I had sent them an e-mail and they called me within the hour that I sent the e-mail! Hows that for service? And the very knowedgable gentleman helped me by contacting the manuafacturer of the Space Camp title, and procured me a non-defective copy. I should be receiving it within the next couple of weeks! Yes, Space Camp is one of my all-time favorite movies, which bring me back to the days of my youth. If you love movies about space technology then this is definitely a movie you want in your collection!!! And get it from VIDAYO in California. They are prompt courteous and professional!

Review: I liked this movie because it taught us how to work better together with a comedy twist. I would recomend it to anyone. It might not have great special efects, but if that's all you see in a movie than you need to look harder.
