Review: This DVD Player has all the features needed to build a great home theater system including component video, S-Video, and two A/V connections. The picture quality is great as well. And the remote control is impressive. It does lack some advanced sound features like virtual surround sound and the fastest picture scan is 8x. But those are minor things expecially the lack of virtual surround sound if you have an acual surround sound stereo system as many people do.

Review: This is a great dvd player. I've had no problems with mine. You can play cd's, dvd's cd-r's, vcd's, mp3's, and cd-rw's. I've tried playing my cd's, dvd's and cd-r's and they work perfectly fine. This dvd comes with great features. 2x 4x zoom

ability to listen to a dvd in another language It plays rented movies really well. It doesn't skip or freeze like some dvd players. I do recommend hooking this up to a good speaker system. This is a really good dvd player and I highly recommend getting it.

Review: This is an excellent DVD player. I've had mine for several months now, and it has performed flawlessly. It plays DVD's and they look beautiful. (We have a 27-inch Zenith Flat Screen). MP3's CD's, VCD's all play wonderfully! I could not be happier - and I am a picky shopper. I shopped no less than 16 months prior to buying this one. I knew what price range I wanted to stick eith, so there is some understood sacrifice in that decision. For the price and features that are offered, this can't be beat. We watch at least a movie every 2-3 days and it just keeps on playing. We made our own MP3 Cd's and plyed them fine, made our own VCD's and played them fine...There's nothing this player can't handle. We have yet to hook up the surround souund and such, but we will after move into our new home and rehook everything up!...

Review: This little player has it all. And what a job it does. It has a very low price that is good for people with the tight budget. This little machine will really impress you (it did to me)has all the features that you need plays mp3 and all of your cd-R/RW disc's.This machince is one of the best out there for a price like this!!!! so with that said, If you are looking for a great dvd player that is affordable look no further!!!!

Review: We've had this DVD player for about two months now. It was easy to hook up, movies look and sound great, and it's a very good remote. We bought this model based on Consumer Reports reviews and having had good experiences with other RCA components. We've had no problems, including freezing up during play. A great price for a very good DVD player.

Review: When I first received this product, everything worked ok, after a week, I can not play DVD any more, and it is very slow to load some of the VCDs I have.

Summary: Has Trouble Loading Movies
Review: When this DVD player works, it works very well. However, ours has a very difficult time loading movies. Sometimes a movie has to be inserted up to 10 times before it will recognize it. And when it finally does recognize it, it often shuts down when we try to access special features or use the chapter selection menu. We are quite frustrated and wish we had bought a different machine.
