Summary: Panasonic wow! 9 months and I get a HO 2-7 error code!
Review: STAY AWAY FROM PANASONIC PRODUCTS!!!!!I didn't read any reviews before I bought my panasonic dvd s352 stand alone player. It was 90 dollars, I assumed Panasonic made a quality product, had all these great features for a fraction of what others charged so I bit.

Well if something seems to good to be true, it probably is.It worked fantastically for the first 8 months. then,,, See Pretty much 9 months to the date of my purchase I received an error code, dvd would not play, all of a sudden I see a 'H 02' code, says 'no disk', I try again, I see a 'H 07' code no disk, hmm, I check the manual, not much said, so I try another DVD. Same eroor code? well I do a google and what do I see but an AVALANCHE of complaints about the exact same thing. Basically no matter what 'H' error code you see it pretty much means the same thing, 'Your screwed sucker!'

I called Panasonic customer service and they said they would gladly fix it for $85. seeing as how I can get a brand new panasonic piece of junk for $80 I laughed and said 'no thanks, and you just lost another customer for life'.

I will NEVER buy another PANASONIC product as long as they play this game, apparently it's a huge problem and there seems to be nothing being done about it. Next time I'll pay an few extra bucks and stick with SONY. Live and learn.

Summary: Same problem here
Review: Save your money and buy a player that lasts more than 2 years. For me, the money is issue but not as much as the hassle of getting a new player and installilng it and learning it and getting rid of the old one - waste at least half my day. Panasonic used to make quality but now it seems you are just as good buying whatever they have at the supermarket checkout DVD player. Panasonic trash. That's my rant. Product gets 0 stars.
