Summary: dvd users love it
Review: This unit has one of the higest ratings for long term durablity and working with various media of any player out there. if you go to videohelp dot com you can see the unit now has a rating of 9.5 stars after two years of use. Not one mention of the failure some person has made multiple posts about.

someone with sour grapes got another panasonic unit two years ago (just before they changed drive manufacture plant to the most reliable one there is). they are using the same lannguage and diction to post a bad review of every single panasonic product!

Don't believe it, look at the long term use reviews on the site I mentioned. these are dvd afficianodos using units over a year or two and reviewing them. This is a great unit and one of THE MOST DURABLE.

Summary: H-07 errors
Review: I've had this unit for just 7 months and it quite working, giving a H-07 error. Panasonic customer service recommends that I send it in (at my cost) to a repair depot in California where a tech will work on it for $90/hour.

Given the shipping and repair costs is not worth it to me to repair and I'll be getting a new DVD player. Any brand except Panasonic.

Summary: Why don't you take Panasonic to court
Review: This is a know problem with Panasonic. It has been addressed and has been said that it is not a problem just like the Panasonic Telephones. You all need to takle Panasonic to court and get a court order to release all records from 2002- 2004 for the H0 error codes. You also need to get a court order to have all Panasonic Customer Care and Call Center personnel tell you what they know have have been told. You all can cry and every thing else. These are the products that you should be looking at DVD's,Panasonic Telephones, Microwaves, Big Screen TV's. These are not just to do a run on Panasonic but they are lieing to the people and not following thier founders rules. They are greedy and just out for your money and to save a buck. Yes they know about this problem and have know for years but they will not help you. except to charge you for a new unit or make you pay as the warranty of the DVD player is 90 days labor 1 year on parts Labor will kill you can buy a new one cheaper.

Summary: Good one
Review: I bought this dvd player about 2 months ago and its been working good so far. I played about 10 dvd's and few MP3 discs in it till now. And I never had any problem. I can't comment on recommending this product to others yet because I myself didnot use it much so far.But for the price$56 its best compatible one with my Sharp TV so far.

Summary: piece of crap dvd player
Review: I received this Panasonic piece of crap as a Xmas "gift" much to my chagrin as I'd sworn off buying ANY Panasonic products after they refused to help with a problem that occurred with a very expensive 2.4 phone. I may have used the DVD S25 unit a total of JUST FIVE OR SIX times before it suddenly gave me "no disc" messages. I take impeccable care of ALL my electronic equipment. The F-ing warranty for Labor (90 days) is a joke as it took me close to 6 months for the problem to surface. They wanted at least $90 to fix it. The unit cost $80 brand new. Now they are online for $55. BOYCOTT ALL PANASONIC PRODUCTS!

Summary: Panosonic best picture best sound best options
Review: Some of you who've read my previous reviews on DVD players may know I use to work at an electrinic store selling players. Now even though i dont work there the store manager alway has me try any new models of DVD players he recieves at my home for a given period of usually about a month,a month of hell for any player I will thuroly check them and Keep them playing about 18 hours a day. This player falls in line with panasonics 30's series player in short that means this is a great player i invite you to read my other DVD player reviews, that will give in depth what feature this player has check the panosonic 31-35 models their identical to thos although this is a little cheaper model which shows only in that it has no fiber optic out only coaxil.Click to go to my other reviews to get a better look at panasonic or dont bother and waste no more time and purchase (If you dont have to have or want fiber optic out)

Summary: Panasonic Died After Two Years
Review: I didn't purchase this one, but I would have to give the Panasonic DVD players a BIG Thumbs DOWN. I received the PANASONIC DVD-RV31 as a gift from Amazon.com two years ago. After limited household basic use, it just stopped working. I received an error message (HO2) and the Panasonic Service told me to go to a local repair shop. It will be cheaper to buy a new Player, so that's what I plan to do. I would strongly suggest another brand of DVD player (JVC is what I have for other components with much success). I'll never get Panasonic again!!!!
