Rating: Summary: The Other Boy Wizard Review: The eagerly anticipated sequel to "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," directed by talented still-young director Chris Columbus, is even better than his very excellent first entry in the series, a feat that seems impossible, but is not! With "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" the gifted, still-youthful director (the term "Wunderkind" continues to comes to mind) silences his stupid idiot critics and proves that he is a major creative force to be reckoned with and not some "studio hack," "marked-down Spielberg knockoff" or even "one lucky sonofabitch."
Rating: Summary: The Best Movie in The World Review: I've now seen 3 different posters from the movie. I'm guessing the one posted here is the last one, and it looks AWESOME! I am actually going to like how they changed this movie around, because when Harry is Dueling Malfoy, he is thrown against a wall, instead of just doing one thing. I think extending that scene will definetely have a good impact on viewers. The Sorceror's Stone was, like the first review said, "just an introduction." Now, we're going to be getting in to the really good stuff. In this movie, another character to be involved is Madam Pomfrey, who is the nurse at Hogwarts. Her, and Professor Sprout will also be playing a role in the movie as the Herbology Teacher, along with Ginny Weasley, who is going to play a MUCH bigger role than she had in the last one, for this time, she joins Hogwarts. I'm not quite sure, but I believe Peeves will be included into the movie this time, because last time the director didn't like the scene, so he cut it out. He didn't think it would be "appealing" enough to the children audiences. The Prizoner of Azkaban is the third installment of the Harry Potter series, and the Director of "The Little Princess" is directing it. He's a great Fantasy director, and telling by an interview, very enthusiastic. When The Prizoner of Azkaban comes out, Audiences EVERYWHERE are going to be watching it over and over again. That story introduces MANY new characters, including Professor Remus Lupin, Sirius Black, Mr. Fudge, and more. Harry Potter and the Prizoner of Azkaban is due to come out the Summer of 2004. HAPPY TRAILS!!! And live long and prosper GREATLY Harry Potter, the boy who lived.
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Review: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is obviously going to be even better than the first one so it will be a very good movie. I am going to get it off Amazon.com when it comes out on DVD. I already have the first one on DVD and I have the first four books all in hardback .
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets----Just awsome Review: The only way to describe the upcoming movie--awesome! This one is sure to dazzle the screen and bring in just as much money as the first, and why shouldn't it. Daniel Radclife still stars as Harry Potter. Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are also back as Ron Weasly and Hermione Granger, a great relief! It would be a little disappointing if not all the same actors and actresses came back to do number 2. The only big disappointment is that Dobbie the House Elf doesn't look as I pictured him. The movie premieres November 15th and I can assure you that will be a big red circle on my calender. Go and see it!
Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Magic Review: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is, in my opinion, the most entertaining of the Harry Potter series. It has more mystery, more evil, and more quidditch than all the rest... Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets will be one of the greater movies to be released from the last few years. Will wonderful writing and a great cast, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets will entrance everyone in it's spell. Starring: Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Rupert Grint (Ronald Weasely), Emma WAtson (Hermione Granger), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Kenneth Branaugh (Gilderoy Lockhart), Alan Rickman (Severus Snape), Maggie Smith (Professor McGonagall), Richard Harris (Albus Dumbledore), Christian Coulson (Tom Riddle), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy), Sean Biggerstaff (Oliver Wood), and John Cleese (Nearly Headless Nick).
Rating: Summary: A good chance for disappointment Review: I have read and reread the Harry Potter series that I can recite sections if you tell me a phrase. And each time, I asses the books and rate them. And every time, I come up with this one as the worst. It's not as entertaining or as amusing as the first one, and it's not, by far, as involving as the third and fourth books. The book is bland, simply a tie from first learning about Harry and the Magical World he lives in, and waiting until his character can be mature enough to be more in-depth. The first movie, from my point of view, was terrible. The acting was depressing, even from such stars as Richard Harris. I speak for many when I wish that Ian McKellen would have played Dumbledore as well as Gandalf from Lord of the Rings (same character, generally speaking, but I won't get into my beliefs about that). The way they portrayed Voldemort on the back of Quirrel's head was laughable. So, be prepared for something of the same variety with this.
Rating: Summary: I'm So Exited! Review: I didn't know that this movie was coming out until my mom told me right after i saw it in theatres. Then I got so exited i started to scream ( well almost ) when I saw the trailer on line. My eyes widend when I saw how computer animated Dobby was. Daniel Radcliffe looked kind of different. He hair was about three inches longer. This movie is probobly going to have a long line like the first one did when I went to see it. Well I hope this movie is cool!
Rating: Summary: harry potter Review: well i think this movie is going to be great just like the first one, when i acually watched the first one i started to read the book n started to really like harry potter so my favourites are the second and the forth its just the best so i think this movie is going to be a smashing success.
Rating: Summary: Look's promising Review: I saw a preview of the second Harry Potter movie, and I must say from what I saw it looks like it might just be as successful as the first Harry Potter movie. From what I understand, they are keeping all of the same characters, plus some new characters. The first movie stuck to the book pretty well, and I hope that they have done the same with this movie.
Rating: Summary: harry potter and the chamber of secrets Review: i loved the first movie and once i saw the first movie i started to read the books and of the books i favorered the second one was the best so i think the chamber of secrets is goin to be a very exciting movie i just wish it would come out early and the fifth book
