Summary: Wonderful, charming, fulfilling.
Review: I love this movie very much, it shows a beautifully simple life, and the love of the sea. It is a good movie for the entire family, or just for yourself. The scenery and animals are as colorful and amazing as the cast!

Summary: A gentle celtic fairytale
Review: I gave copies of this to all my family, the fact the Mick Lally is my 1st cousin only made the movie that much nicer. Great for kids, it worked for adults as well as it touched a spot that we really do want to be real.

Review: This film is a must-see for anyone needing a strong dose of the utterly beautiful and poetic. Rare in it's mixture of human gentleness and wonder. There is still wonder out there.

Summary: It really is "enchanting"!
Review: I know it's cliche, but this movie is enchanting. Heatwarming story about family, tradition and magic, GREAT cinematography, good acting. Went with a friend to see this, not knowing anything about it and not expecting much, and we both came out glowing and swearing we were moving to Ireland. Great for parents and kids.

Review: This movie is a beautiful and well thought piece of art! My mother thought it would be childish and hokey, and was she ever surprised. A great film for both children and adults.

Summary: one of the most fascinating movies I have ever watched
Review: I came upon this movie by chance. I thought I would watch a few minutes of this movie to see what it was all about, definitely not intending to sit through it all. However, I was completely mesmerized by the characters, the story, the seals, and the typically haunting Irish music. My eyes were glued as I sat there, never in a million years thinking that the story would have a "happy ending". Even though this appears to be fantasy, I personally believe it all to be possible. Such a movie soothes the heart.
