Summary: Yes Virginia-there is a Santa Claus
Review: This movie is in many ways the ideal Christmas movie. The worldwide fascination with Santa Claus is timeless, and it's nice to have a movie that actually focuses on him, as opposed to his being a mere backdrop(the only other movie to accomplish this feat being the wonderful Miracle on 34th Street).
This movie does have its very vocal detractors, and to them all I can say is Bah Humbug. This movie has it all-a great cast, beautiful cinematography, great music and phenomenal sets. Whether you're 3 or 93 if you have even the slightest bit of Christmas spirit you'll find something to like in this movie. Well worth it

Summary: Santa Claus - The Movie
Review: This movie still brings a tear to my eye everytime I see Santa take off in his sleigh for the first time... and I'm 47 years old! It just makes me feel like a child again! I've worn out my original and am ordering a new one! The best Christmas movie ever made!

Summary: It's amazing
Review: This movie was one of my first Santa Claus movies ever. I saw it the first time when I was a little boy and yesterday I saw the movie again in TV and I could still remember all the scenses. I love that movie and I think it's one of the best x-mas movies ever!

Summary: SOUL-LESS
Review: Unlike RUDOLPH, FROSTY, GRINCH, etc. (all of the beloved animated television specials made for Christmas) this movie has no heart and comes across as crass and bloated. While the first few minutes are compelling, the ultimate vision of the North Pole, the elves, and Santa himself not only destroy your imagination of such delightful fantasies, but make them cloying and annoying. Stick with MIRACLE ON 34th STREET (1947 version! ), which, with no special effects, manages to paint a perfect and magical Santa you will believe in always.

Summary: Some reviewers are just NUTS
Review: Unlike the formal review above; this movie is one of the best for families; UNLIKE many now which seem to have some "body function" humor. Aside note: This Santa costume is the best ever of any Santa you have ever seen... Dudley is charming. This movie is in my collection ALONG side It's A Wonderful Life, Christmas Carol (with George C. Scott), Miracle on 34th Street (Natalie Woods) with the greats. This movie is 5 stars, just below the afor mentioned movies, but it is well worth having in YOUR collection of CHRISTMAS GREATS.

Summary: An Excshclushive Film!
Review: What a film! Look out for the cheesy lines from Sanna and BZ. I cracking laugh for any day!
