Review: This is one of Disney's greatest. Very moving, very intense. My 11 year old daughter loved. She knew all about the story. This is certainly a movie we will have in our video library.

Review: I love this movie, I was really suprised that is was made by Disney. I saw it two times in the theater. When my cuzins and I see a good movie in the theaters we buy it as soon as it comes out and we race to see who gets it first. Anastasia was one of the movies and my sister and I were the first to buy it. So we are going to be first to buy Mulan. We are going to buy it on February 2, 1999!

Review: I have been waiting for almost a year for this movie to come out in our video rental store, but instead, i think i'm going to buy it:o) My sister and I loved it (though it was a bit upstaged by Prince of Egypt) Mulan is awesome, and it came at just the right time. I was begining to think Disney movies were getting boring:o) I would deffinatley recomened it to anyone!The story line is simple, and yet they managed to keep you un-bored. Mushu, Mulan's Dragon "guardian" was hilarious. Even if (once again) Disney changed the real story, Mulan is a great and highly recommened movie!

Summary: Ethnic Herione to be proud of.
Review: In a world where violence is so prevalent, Mulan is a refreshing change. There were some fight scenes, but I didn't have to cover my three year old daughter's eyes. It is also great that my daughter can see a heroine with the same color skin as she and the same slanted eyes that she has. Congrats Disney for such a fine film. I'll be buying the video and watching it with my daughter!

Summary: The best Disney film ever, hands down.
Review: This film would have been one of the best of 1998, even if it hadn't been animated. That it was means that we get wonderful scenes that, at times, seem to have sprung directly from traditional art. Disney has balanced the needs of Western entertainment with a sensitivity the Chinese culture. Possibly more importantly, this film also marks the first time we get a female heroine whose identity and worth don't spring from her sexual attractiveness, as opposed to "Sleeping Beauty," "Snow White," "Cinderella," et. al. Even the "new golden age" of Disney films can't boast a character and film as mature, funny, charming and jaw-dropping as Mulan and her film. An instant classic.

Summary: Most entertaining (and empowering) Disney film ever!
Review: Mulan is the first Disney film that knocks down stereotypic beliefs about the roles men and women should play in society. I fully concur with all reviews that came before this one, and I hope more viewers will urge others to rent or buy this movie (for children and for themselves). With that said, I thoroughly enjoyed the film and I designate it as my most favorite Disney movie ever.

Review: Mulan showed a suscribing character. The voice fit her part in this extremely lively video. I watched the Video 3 times just to see it speraticly. I enjoyed the conversations the characters had.
