Summary: Was a pleasant version of a classic tale!
Review: I felt that Ever After was an excellent version of the classic Cinderella tale. Even though it was a little predictable there were pleasant differences and great acting on all's behalf. If your a romantic at heart - you will definately like this movie!

Summary: Portrays a strong, confident, intelligent woman . . .
Review: Unlike so many movies, Ever After doesn't portray women as victims. Although Danielle grows up in a servent role, her father's influence on her youth shines through and she lets her intelligence, beauty, wit and compassion guide her life. Great movie for grownups and kids alike.

Review: "Ever After" is my favorite movie! My birthday is coming up and I have been asking my mother over and over to buy this movie for me because I CANNOT wait until my birthday! I have rented it 2 times and both times I have watched it 6 times each. I am 18 and still in love with fairytales. The story of Cinderella was absolutely captivated in this historic movie and I will keep it forever as a treasure. Thank you for reading my comment. And I would love to hear from anyone who has loved the movie as much as I have.

Summary: Cinderella for the 90's
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this video. The scenery is breath-taking and the story grabs you from the first frame. I loved that Danielle did not need to be rescued by the Prince, but rescued herself. What a great role model for girls and women in this day and age. I would recommend this movie to anyone that loves a good story with a very thinly veiled message.
