Review: Myself and my 3 yr old daughter saw this movie 2 times. Both times we saw it,we cried. This movie is enjoyable right from the beginning. I have been asking when this movie will be released. This movie will definently be in our movie library!!!

Summary: THE MOST SPIRITED MOVIE SINCE THE LION KING!
Review: Okay, now at 13, I have seen a lot of the Disney kid flicks since, like, age 4. When the THE LION KING first came out to see I was so, like hooked on the fact that there were "talking" lions...and other animals. Being only around 5 I cried my little eye-balls out when King Muffasa, Simba's father, was murderd by his young brother, Scar, who was jealous because he was next in line to be King till Simba came.
SPIRIT, on the other hand does not have stupid, dancing, laughing animals. Loving horses since most likly BIRTH, I had to see this movie! I do English, and Dressage, and soon to be a new stable hand at a horse farm down my country side road of a town YOU can already see how "into" horses I am! I cried, laughed out loud, was on the edge of my seat, AND VERY PLEASED WITH DREAMWORKES NEW ANIMATED HORSE FLICK(with no talking animals)SPIRIT: STALLION OF THE CIMARRON!... GO SEE IT WHEN IT COMES OUT VHS AND DVD!...

Review: I thought this was a great movie! It's a movie about courage and determination in the face of adversity. This is a good movie for horse lovers because horses are intelligent and courageous and full of heart as this movie definitely shows! Kids will love it!

Review: I sat unashamed in the darkened theater and let the tears flow.
"SPIRIT" is an instant classic and will be loved as long as there are movies . . . . Dreamworks has taught the other big 2D animation studios a thing: Let the visual narrative drive the film, and don't rely on talking animals! DISNEY! Do you realize how well this would have worked with "Dinosaur"? The opening moments of "Spirit" captivated me almost as much as the 'egg scene' in "Dinosaur"! Gorgeous, flowing images are like a dream. I wonder if the DVD cartoon will hold the same spell over us as the theatrical version did? Can't wait!!

Review: I hated this movie! I went to see it expecting it to be a nice story. So, a horse gets kidnapped and gets back home-BIG WHOOP! It wouldn't happen. The plot was bland and too politically correct for my taste. Horses aren't that smart, either. They wouldn't know that railroads would be built in their territory. And what is Spirit? A super horse? Horses are strong, but they're not James Bond. Besides, these horses had eyebrows and they whinnied too much. The "wild and free" thing is sentimental and insipid junk! WORST MOVIE EVER!!

Review: I absoultley love this movie! My mom, cousin, and I went to see it the Sunday after it came out, and I had a great time! I don't ever cry at movies, but I did at this movie! My cousin who was 8 and I was 9 (but I am 10 now) We loved it! Oh, and I thought it was going to be sorta lame cuz Spirit would talk like those other LAME movies, But he didn't!
TWO THUMBS UP!

Review: We took our 3 and 5 year olds when it played in the theaters, and we walked out. They were crying and scared, and very upset by the amount of violence and the repeated cruel treatment the horse received. The animation was good, but the content is not at all acceptable for children.
