Review: Rudy is a great movie. Simple in concept, the acting of the film is excellent. Astin brilliantly brings the character to life. The supporting roles are excellent also, in particular Charles S. Dutton. The music in the film is extraordinary. It is the best film of its genre: the small town boy achieving his dream and beating the odds.

Review: I will never forget the frist time I saw the movie. I cried for the time over a movie. I was only 13 but I understood what it was to have a dream. I am not a big ND fan but I know what it means to run out of the tunnle. Very time i fell down I watch this movie even though I cry the movie picks me up and keeps me going. I had a friend who was felling down befor her basketball tryouts and made her watch the movie and she made the team. Rudy is one the all time best if understand what it means to run out that tunle you can overcome anything. I love Rudy.

Review: If you ever need inspiration from a film this is it. This true life rocky like story is unforgetable, sean astin is perfect and the rest of the cast is superb. The use of stirring music and great direction leave me inspired every time i watch this film and i have watched it over 10 times. You must see this film to realize how dreams can come true with true grit and determination.

Review: This movie is in no way a great action packed, fast moving movie, but it will leave you cheering and maybe even in tears if you are a die-hard football fan like me. Every time I watch the movie I start to get chills and want to stand up and cheer everytime rudy runs onto the field. A must see!

Review: I had a similar experience and I was able to relate to what Rudy went through. I had a dream once and I worked very hard to defy all odds and to make it come true. I love this movie for what it represents that their is hope for anybody who has a dream. But I dislike Notre Dame (Lou Holtz especially).

Summary: A true life cinematic tribute to the human spirit
Review: I grew up a Notre Dame fan and can remember when the Rudy story actually happened. When the movie came out in the theater, I went. At the end I was so moved I had to sit with my wife and let the theater clear becaused I had tears in my eyes. When I thought that everyone had gone, we got up to leave. To my surprise, there was a family sitting nearby that was waiting as well. They all had tears in their eyes and their young son, around 11 or so, was sobbing. I waited until I got to my car before I broke down completely because, thank God, that young boy understood what this story is all about-- the power of the human spirit. This movie, while somewhat inaccurate regarding Coach Dan Devine, is fantastic. Only Hoosiers can come close to it. A definite must have if you love sports or the underdog.

Review: I rarely take the time to write a review, but will do it for Rudy... Triumphant, uplifting, inspirational, compelling, unbelieveable cinematography, superb casts, brilliant direction, great theme, outstanding motion picture...well, i'm hyping, but this movie has a complete package. You must see this film for yourself to believe me. It may not be comparable to the great ones like "Citizan Kane", "It's a Wonderful Life" or "Shawshank Redemption"...it certainly deserves to be watched. Once in a great while a movie is made that captivates the audience... that is for everyone to watch with rejoice and emotional profit...that makes you say "I gotta see it again".... Every kids, parents, students, athletes, entrepreneurs, and anyone who has a dream (I mean EVERYONE) should watch this movie. This is truly an experience to remember...you will not forget Rudy. This is a masterpiece, a classic, and a truly GREAT one! Ok I'd better stop here.

Review: Rudy is an inspirational epic that has touched my heart. My best friend is nick named Rudy and with good reason. As much as Rudy is an inspiration to all that have seen the movie, I have my very own Rudy who inspires me. This movie teaches you to never let go of what you desire. Rudy achieves his dreams through hard work and persistance. I have learnt so much from such a character and I hope that you all may too.
