Rating: Summary: One of the best movies ever Review: This movie was really funny.Lindsey Lohan is great. I want it for Christmas so I can watch it again.
Rating: Summary: Actually better than the Haley Mills version of the 60's. Review: I took my nine year old daughter to The Parent Trap and was frankly very skeptical. I do not usually feel that movies made these days are as well done as those in the past. Furthermore, I have always loved the 60's version with Haley Mills. Surprize! I like this one even more. Lindsay Lohan is terrific as the twins. Dennis Quaid is charming as the father and Natasha Richardson played the mother with a nice blend of independence and romance. If you see this movie, you will want the video, too because you will want to watch it again and again.
Rating: Summary: An out of State Review Review: I see that most viewes are from the U.S. Here is the take from Singapore! It's a 'Fab' show, one that will leave you all happy and cheerful once the credits roll. If there was a movie under the 'feel good' catagory, this would be on top. Lohan is great as the twins, after this show, it gives a whole new meaning to girl power! A must see!
Rating: Summary: Comparison of the old and new Parent Trap Review: Here is a comparison between the old and the new Parent Trap. I love both of them, and the acting is fabulous on the parts of Lindsay Lohan and Haley Mills. (Elaine)Meredith needs a little work on acting and on being like Vicki from the old Parent Trap. The mom, dad, and Vicki in the old Parent Trap act better than Meredith, the mom, and the dad in the new Parent Trap. If I could, I would give it 4 and 1/2 because it needs only a little work on the acting.(only the dad, mom, and Meredith). Though, I really, really, really like the charachters Martin, Jessie, Annie and Hallie. I really like how they made Martin so hilarious. I really like Lindsay Lohan, and the people who play Jessie and Martin. All in all, it was a brilliant beyond brilliant (Hallie said that!) movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: Better than the original - hard to believe but true Review: I have seen this movie twice in the theatres and now own it. Trust me - this movie is worth buying. Lindsay who plays the twins (Halley and Annie)is just delightful in the role. Dennis Quaid is great as Dad and Natasha is great as the Mom. The film has a great script, great acting, and fun music. I defy you to see/watch this movie and not smile. I think this movie is a must for every family and those who like fun movies. If you enjoyed the original (as I did) you will love the remake. This is the best remake Disney has done in years!
Rating: Summary: It's excellent!!! Review: This is a wonderful movie and and Lindsay Lohan was incredible !!! This was definitely better than It Takes Two played by the Olsen twins.
Rating: Summary: The Movie is Brilliant Beyond Brilliant! Review: I love it! If I can, I would give it beyond five stars. I think the movie is magnificent. Above all, Lindsay Lohan's performance as twins is full of life and sensibility. Everything from the music to the dialogue is simply 'on top of the world'. I would recommend it to anyone who would like a break from those high-tech, outer space, alien movies.
Rating: Summary: Awesome remake of a classic!! Review: Fabulous movie. Lohan, Richardson, and Quaid were wonderful in this remake of the classic Disney movie. I would recommend it for any family movie night!
