Summary: Love it!
Review: Love it! Love it! Love it! This is our first Veggie Tale purchase and we immediately fell in love with Veggie Tales. The songs are very very funny, I especially love the High Hat song and the Hairbrush Song. My 17-month old loves this DVD, too. In fact, it motivates him to practice standing up and walking alone.

Veggie Tales are great for any age. We will definitely buy the other Veggie Tales DVDs. They teach kids bible stories/values in a fun way. They are entertaining for adults, too.

Summary: Great Christain stuff!
Review: Most Christian movies and things are cheap and don't make you want to be one. But Veggietales... now that's a different matter! I love Veggietales, and grown-ups love them, too. I just chose this movie to review because its just a little different from the others; but I'm really speaking for all of the Veggietale classics. I'm looking forward to any new ones that come out and Jonah - a Veggietales MOVIE - is one of my favorites. Join Bob, Larry and the rest of the veggies in memories you won't forget!
In this particular show, "The pirates who don't do anything" (consisting of Larry the cucumber, Pa Grape and Mr. Lunt) are counting up the votes that veiwers from everywhere sent in to count down the top 10 silliest silly songs from the other Veggietale productions. The pirates who don't do anything sing one silly song and also appear on Jonah, but that doesn't mean everyone thinks that they are the silliest of all...

Summary: my kids love their Veggies
Review: my 16 month old loves the ulltimit silly songs video as well as all the Veggie videos. my 12 year old even likes them. My two nieces 15 and 18 years old love them and myself 35 years old enjoys veggie tales more then the kids.. i like that the chrildren are learning about the bible and the silly song videos are wonderful two even when not all of them are songs about religion. we don'thave to be viewing only religious videos to remain christians.. the folks at big idea i feel have created a perfect balance of religion and a refreshing bit of humor with there silly song video's when you need a break from lessons and just feel like a laugh and christian educating with the lesson video's I and the kids really enjoy these movies. hardly a day goes by when we don't watch it.

Summary: Never too young to start
Review: My four-month-old son loves these silly songs! I wanted to use it as a way to introduce him to Veggie Tales ("Why is there a dancing pickle?"). And he immediately loved it. Usually, when I play anything other than his favorite Baby Einstein collection, he just screams and only Baby Mozart will do. But he loves the Ultimate Silly Song Countdown -- the colors, movement, music (especially the silly tones and inflections used). Another plus is that *it isn't annoying for parents to hear*! I know just a few words of the songs, and when I sing them to my son, he gives me a great big smile and laugh. I need to learn more so my husband and I can sign these silly songs all around the house!

Summary: Veggie Tales - The Ultimate Silly Song Countdown DVD
Review: My friend had this on for her 3-year old and I just loved it! For kids, the songs are cute, catchy and fun, the veggies are silly and catch their attention. The humor is cute for adults, too. So, I don't have kids, but I bought it anyway. It is great to have around for a good laugh...

Summary: I love this DVD
Review: My kids (ages 4 and 1) also really enjoy it. Of course the 10 silly songs are very enjoyable, but its the DVD extras that really make it worth the purchase, even if you own many of the silly songs on the original videos. The interviews about the making of the silly songs are very interesting, and the easter eggs (especially the "O Santa" song, which is a favorite of my older daughter) are a nice bonus.

Summary: 5* Quality; Excellent Children Program; Good Messages
Review: My son is 20-month-old. We don't let him watch cartoons that contain witchcraft or violence. We have found "The Ultimate Silly Song Countdown" a good choice for him. Here is why:
- It is wholesome.
- One great song after the other. No waste of time in between.
- Excellent graphics and sound effect.

Some reviewers complained about the duplications of songs (from the previous two silliness videos). For that very reason, one reviewer gives a 3-star rating to this video even though he/she says this video is great.

I believe a good reviewer should be as objective as he/she is possibly be. If this video is 5 star in production, in education, in entertainment, ... whichever category you are looking at, you should give it a 5 star. Don't give a 3 star just because you have bought the previous two videos and you feel you have wasted money on this one. I have seen "The End of Silliness", and this one is much better! Besides, I believe the duplications is intentional. The cover of "Ultimate Silly Song Countdown" says that it is "the top 10 of silliest Silly Songs of all time." Why wouldn't you think songs from the previous two videos are not in this one?

We look forward to the big screen production of Veggie Tales.

P.S. Other wholesome DVD/VHS that we have are:
- Wiggles: Toot, Toot.
- Sesame Street Kids' Favorite Songs.
- Blue's Clues: ABC's and 1, 2, 3's, Rhythm and Blue, Big Musical Movie.
- Barney's Rhyme Time.
- ... etc.

Summary: Silliest indeed!
Review: No Veggie fan should be without this newest release from Big Idea Productions. It contains all of the greatest silly songs from previous videos and features a "Dick Clark" countdown hosted by "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything." The Chinese Menu rap is a scream. Many surprises and much fun!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful.
Review: One day when I was in college, I turned to my roommate and asked, "Where's my hairbrush?" Her response: "Oh where oh where oh WHERRRRE..." and then she told me about VeggieTales. I was intrigued but ignored it as they were considered Christian videos. I'm Jewish, and I didn't know how "preachy" they might be. Then this past Christmas, I saw the show about the big pageant on TV, and laughed my head off at "Oh, Santa!" So I just had to check it out. This DVD is Absolutely Wonderful for children and adults. The songs are hilarious. The humor is refreshingly silly, and the melodies are catchy. I find myself singing "Endangered Love" all the time.

Oh, and the "preachiness" I was so worried about? When my current roommate asked me about the Purim holiday, I rented "Esther, the girl who would be queen" for her. My worries were for nothing. These are excellent videos
