Review: I thought "Toy Story 2" being a sequel was going to be boring and not worth buying. Boy was I wrong! This was just as good if not better than the original. As always the graphics were great and the plot was better then I expected. I was totally caught up in this movie right along with my 4 year old. Cant wait to watch it again! "If you dont have one, GET one".

Summary: Two great films for one great price!
Review: There was no doubt that these would look great on DVD and yet I was still impressed at how beautiful these 2 films looked. Everyone by now has no doubtably seen these two films, so there is no need to go into the plot lines. I myself opted to go for this 2-disc set of just the movies, with a few features, instead of the 3 disc special edition, because I have already seen the specials on the 3 disc set. The "Toy Story" disc includes the widescreen version, only, of the film and a film short entitled "Tin Toy", which pretty much wraps up the first disc. The "Toy Story 2" disc includes both the widescreen and standard versions of the film, a Pixar short entitled "Luxo jr." (which was Pixar's first film short and the reason for their bouncing lamp in their logo.), outtakes (which worked well in "A bug's Life" and work equally well here.) and finally, a sneak peak of Pixar's next film, "Monsters Inc.", which, by the way, looks great. Both versions are recorded in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround, THX certified and have the THX Optimode feature. All in all, this is a must have for the fans of the films. They are beautiful! Enjoy!

Summary: Glad TS 1 is finally on DVD
Review: First I am glad I never got Toy Story 1 on video because now I have a dvd player. Unfortantely the movie was not available on dvd till now!! I never wanted to watch TS 2 in the theater because I knew I would end up buying it and would see it over and over again. I was so happy to see that both one and two would be sold together on dvd. The only problem was deciding whether to buy the 3 pack or 2 pack.

Review: You can save a handful of dollars by purchasing just the two CD set, but why miss out on all the fun of 3rd special-features CD?The documentary on making Toy Story manages to inform you about the secrets of Toy Story's animation without spoiling the magic of the films. The 'outtakes' are gutbusters. This is the set to purchase!

Review: Not only are they both great movies for kids and adults, these DVDs are possibly the best I have seen. The colors are crisp. The resolution is amazing even when shown on a 106 inch screen. And the sound is very well done...some of the best use of surround yet. These are must own DVDs!!!

Review: when i saw Toy Story 2 in the movies, i knew i had to have once it comes out in video. This is a great video for all ages.Usually the the sequal of movie sucks,but not with this one. It's really funny and witty.All ican say is I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

Review: I remember I was so upset when I heard that they were making a sequel to Toy Story. I knew that they would mess it up and ruin the whole thing. They did an absolutely fabulous job. You wouldn't think that they could think of another pluasible reason to send toys on a long cross country hike but they did. This is not only a great movie with terrific graphics, I think it's the greatest sequel of all time. It's only rival is The Empire Strikes Back, the amazing #2 in the Star Wars Series. This movie was even better (if Possible) than the first. Everyone should get it.
