Summary: Closing the Gap
Review: Not only is this movie about a girl succeeding in a man's world, it has also helped bring an Asian talent forward. There are not too many movies, animated or not, that uses Asian talents without the martial arts. In this movie, a beautiful voice by a Filipina, Leah Salonga, gave life to a singing Mulan. The movie is a reflection of the Asian culture and the Asian attempt to be heard too. Ms. Salonga's voice also gave life to the singing Princess in the movie Aladdin.It gave pride to my Asian-American heritage!

Review: Finally, a Disney leading woman who's NOT a damsel in distress!!! Mulan is a warrior woman who uses both her brains and her brawn!!! And she chooses her life first over a guy!!! She is driven by honor and NOT by love or lust!!! It's about time Disney gets up to date on women's issues!!!

Summary: overall this movie was great.
Review: this is a great movie about chinese history and culture. even thought eddie murphys character as mushu was a little unecessary, it was still a great movie. i love the part where they are at boot camp, and they are bathing. it was extremely hilarioous to watch. i have watched it five times, and i haven't gotten tired of it.this is a really great movies, and i recommed it to all adults and children.

Summary: a well done but biased movie
Review: Disney did produce a beautiful movie from long ignored asian culture. But this movie also oversees the Chinese aggressively militant past and presence. This makes many viewers take China for peaceloving country. This movie also defame the Turk nation ( whose ancestor is Hun ) as barbarian and aggressive. But the truth is peopele in East Turkistan is currently under brutal rule of communist China and never stop seeking independence and freedom.

Review: Mulan is a cool movie. Disney always has shown great movies, but the last few weren't so good, but Mulan definitely boosted my opinion of Disney. I especially liked the fact that it was about a Chinese tale, because Disney mostly shows old time movies and more modern American movies.

Summary: Mulan is great
Review: After a few years of boring disney movies such as hunchback and hercules, even though i'm 13 i thought that maybe I was just getting to old for disney movies. Then when I saw this movie, I was proved wrong. This disney movie had everything I was waiting to see in a disney movie- Mulan, a girl, saved China. With no help from men. All by herself she succeeded. Usually at the end a male hero saves the day, but that was not so here. This movie also had memerable songs, and I can't wait to buy it so I can see it again.

Summary: I loved the way the little Asian children were portrayed!!!!
Review: When I first moved to America, I was lost and had no friends. Luckily, my apartment was above a fast food Chinese restaurant, so I got free food and good friends. Of all the people who were at the restaurant, young Hon was my favorite. We became good friends, even though I was 35 years older than he. He loved me like a dad, and I loved him like a young sailor.

Review: I have read Mulan's story when I was young. Today, Disney moved it into films and share her herois story to everyone who loves her. Though the movie is too Westen, I like it. I watched the movie while it came to world. I think Disney can make more beautiful movies resource from Chinese
