Summary: awesome!
Review: This movie is totally action packed with lots of funny scenes. It has a little bit of romance plus some irony. It's totally cool, in my opinion. Sutherland, Sheen, O'Donnell, Platt, and Curry are great in their places as Athos, Aramis, D'Artagnan, Porthos, and Richelieu. I sugest that if you haven't seen it already, you see it because it'll give you an awesome adventure you'll never forget. I know I can't forget it!

Summary: Great! Action and Comedy!
Review: I first saw this movie when I figured out Tim Curry was in it (Cardinal Richeliu). It has the right blend of action, and comedy, which is really great, considered that other 3Musketeers movies I've seen are so serious all the time. Definitely a buying item!

Summary: Overall, a pretty good film.
Review: I would have to say that this movie was one of the best rendering of Dumas's book. The cast was well done on some basis, though I would have to say that they could have cast d'Artagnan with a better actor than Chris O'Donnell. Not that I have anything agianst him, but he's not really how I see d'Artagnan. Keifer Sutherland did a fabulous job as Athos though he should have been more ruthless toward Milady de Winter as he was in the book. Charlie Sheen was a well-rounded Aramis but could have been more careless, and Oliver Platt was a great Porthos.

Summary: Very funny and sexy!
Review: I love a Charlie Sheen movie and I knew this movie was going to be a hit and it was. The movie a full of action, adventure, comedy, and sexy leading men. Since seeing the movie i have watch it over and over again and will continue to doing so.

Summary: BRAVO!!!
Review: Definitely a great epic movie and one of my personal favorites, The Three Musketeers, brings to the screen the tale of who else, but Athos, Porthos, Aramis and D'Artagnan. Kiefer Sutherland, Chris O'Donnell, Charlie Sheen, Oliver Platt, Tim Curry, and the gorgeous Rebecca De Mornay whose performances are simply amazing, make this movie one of the best of its kind. (Tim Curry's character, in particular, as Cardinal Richelieu, steals the show!)
The actors' great talent and chemistry clearly shows, thus providing an entertaining film that can be watched over and over again. The castles, the battles and the costumes are all wonderful! The Three Musketeers is a movie about love, honor, bravery, loyalty, and heroes from a time long gone. It is a great movie indeed!

Summary: F.U.N
Review: is this film corny? silly? fun? YES! its a FUN romp! The acting is great the story is great its a very well done version of the classic story. the sword fighting isnt bad either. If you have seen this you must get it quick, most disney films don't last long. If you like swashbuckling movies that are fun and pay homeage to the films of days long gone this is for you!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: All for fun and fun for all!
Review: The Three Musketeers is the greatest swashbuckling tale ever told, and there is no movie version better than this. It's funny, it's well done, and most of all, it's action-packed! The swashbuckling action starts from the very start of the movie and doesn't let up! The story is about 'three loyal swordsmen' and their young recruit and their quest to stop the evil Cardinal who wants to kill the King. You may search high and low, but you'll never find a greater action/adventure than this one!

Summary: All for one!
Review: D'Artagnan is not having a good day. He comes to Paris to join the Musketeers only to discover they've just been disbanded by Cardinal Richelieu. Things are looking up, though. He's got three duels to fight! Fortune turns Her fickle face again when he realizes those three opponents are three of the Musketeers.

That's one of the opening moments of this 'all for one' romp. While I can't say it's entirely authentic Dumas, the spirit of fun and frolic pervades.

"THree Musketeers" is definitely worth a laugh---or three!

Summary: Only A Fool Would Try To Arrest Us A Second Time In One Day!
Review: This movie, while perhaps not authentic, is a lot of fun, period!

While many "Dumas" purists may be upset by the liberties taken with the story, this movie has a lot of entertainment value. I also have no problem letting my kids watch this movie . There are some subtle innuendos but they never crossed the line in my opinion to the point where most kids would even have a frame of reference in which to understand them. But, to each his own, I'm more concerned about gratuitous violence in a movie than innuendos of the sort found in this film.

I thought the actors and actresses did a perfectly fine job for the type of movie that it is (an entertaining light film with just enough tension in it, like that big ugly guy in the prison), in particular I thought Oliver Platt as Porthos was particularly entertaining and of course Tim Curry was excellent in his role as Cardinel Richelieu and Michael Wincott as Rochefort was an excellent secondary villain.

I've watched this movie many many times already and it's one of those that we pull off the shelf from time to time to watch as a family, along with other standby's like "The Princess Bride", "Robin Hood Men In Tights" and "The Holy Grail".

I would also like to say that I thought those folks who recommended the earlier version of "the Three Musketeers" w/ Michael York, Rachel Welch etc. were also right on the money! Those movies (The Three Musketeers and The Four Musketeers) are fabulous and timeless classic versions which are also immeasurably entertaining!

Enjoy!

Summary: I loved it!!!
Review: I'm 15 years old, and i've been watching this movie sence i was about 6. We taped it off the disney channel - and our tape is seriosly falling apart becuase we've watched it so much! This movie is halarious! My sister and i can even quote this whole movie. For those people complaining about its differances from the book, who cares! If you want it exactly like the book, why watch it at all. All movies differ from the books that they're based on. Though this one maybe totally differant, its still good, so why on earth would you complain about something so good, even if its differant.
