Summary: AWFUL
Review: In a word: awful.
The worst attempt at Disney to cash in on those of us who thoroughly enjoyed the first Lilo & Stitch movie. The first one was a great movie that kids and adults could enjoy, find funny, find it "cute". This is just a terrible forced ripoff. The whole thing feels rushed. The animation is more two-dimensional than the first which was more three-dimensional. It's just not funny at all. Awful awful awful - I can't even see kids liking this one.
Do yourself a favor - pretend like this one never happened. Because as good as the first one was, that's how bad this one is. Shame on Disney! I want my twenty bucks back!

Summary: Disappointing Sequel
Review: Compared to "Lilo and Stitch" this is a giant step down. The animation, music and story remind one of a cheap Saturday morning cartoon. I was tremendously disappointed. My two kids walked out of the room after about 20 minutes. The new characters are too cute and not original at all as compared to Stitch. Animation is poor and choppy. The music must have come from a Barney or Care Bear movie. The story line is booorrrring.

I absolutely loved "Lilo and Stitch". It is one of my favorite all-time surprise likeable movies. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. I will forever be a fan of the original.

This sequel is not worth the investment. I wish I hadn't bought it. Ten minutes into the movie, you'll wish you hadn't bought it either.

Too bad. A sequel had a lot of potential.

Summary: Look ma, they've Pokemon'ed Lilo and Stitch!
Review: Not even a true sequel, Stitch! The Movie is a disappointment on many levels. Mainly it's an insult to all fans of Lilo & Stitch and an insult to the premise itself. Stich! The Movie is a one hour intro to the new animated series (good God!) that finds Stitch and Lilo as monster hunters who must "collect" all 625 failed experiments. Faster than you can say POKEMON, Disney has bastardized their lovelable creations and created this non-sequel to cash in on the growing anime market. Just wait for the toys and collectible cards to hit the market! Collect all 625! Smart parents beware, Disney's plan is to suck all the life out of the original imaginative premise and replace it with the collector-crazed mentality that has infected all other children's programming. This offends me even more than the cross-dressing (?) alien that they used as comic relief in a cartoon aimed at the younger set. I loved Lilo & Stitch, that is why I hated this "movie" tie-in. Don't be fooled by the first 15 minutes or so, it quickly becomes a cash-in. Lilo & Stitch have been kidnapped by a money-hungry corporation!

Summary: Very enjoyable and fun!
Review: True that this Disney sequel follows in the same line as all the other Disney sequels in the fact that they are never as good as the origial, but this is still an excellent film. If your a Stitch fan (as I am), you can't go wrong with this film.

It is very funny and fairly clever. Makes a good addition to any Disney film collection.

Summary: Cheap Pokemon ripoff!
Review: After Lilo & Stitch, I was really looking forward to this one! Turns out, it's nothing more than a 55 minute long setup for the Lilo & Stitch TV show this fall. It's also yet another Disney ripoff of a Japanese show. This time they got Pokemon. At least Lion King had a decent plot.
Only 623 experiments to go. "Gotta catch 'em all"

Summary: Sadly disappointing
Review: This sequel is sadly disappointing compared to the original movie. The characters are too flat and too many of the gimmicks of the original movie are recycled.

I expected something different for this movie.

Summary: Terrible followup to a great movie
Review: I'd suggest taking a pass on purchasing this DVD. The plot is terrible, the music is not good, and overall it looks as though it took a few weeks to throw together. Shame on Disney for releasing this on DVD. Lilo and Stitch is one of our families favorite movies, this is a joke. Don't buy.....you can have our copy.

Summary: Cute, but a tad disappointing.
Review: Plot: The basic plot is that Stitch (aka: Experiment 626) has 625 other "cousins" that Dr. Jumba (Stitch's creator) brought to Earth with him. (They're dehydrated into little balls is how he was able to manage this). It seems that Dr. Jumba had an evil ex-partner (Dr. Hamsterviel) that helped him to create all of these experiments and now Hamsterviel has hired the "retired" Captain Gantu (the giant shark looking guard from the 1st movie). Gantu comes to Earth, kidnaps Jumba, hold him for ransom in order to get the collection of experiments. There's the ransom drop, and somehow all of the little dehydrated balls of experiments get dropped all over Hawaii and it is just a matter of time before each are hydrated and activated becoming the terrors that Stitch was when he first arrived to Earth. There it leaves us at the end with Lilo and Stitch promising to find each experiment before/as they become dehydrated. They have also promised to put each one's unique powers to use so that they can each stay on Earth and Stitch can be around all of his cousins.

Pros: Widescreen. All of the characters are back from the 1st movie, including the boyfriend (David) and Mr. Bubbles. It has more great fun tunes. The DVD features a Trivia Challenge, an Experiment finder (where you "look" in different rooms to find where an experiment may be hiding-and they are always hiding in the same places each time you play), a picture gallery of some of the experiments with a description of each (but not all 625) and a music video that features clips from the movie("Aloha, E Komo Mai").

Cons: Ends at approx. 55 minutes (It says that it is approx 64 min, but they are including the credits and probably the video as well!). There is no Chapter Menu card on the inside, instead you have a poster showcasing some of the experiments. If you like Fullscreen, it seems that it doesn't come that way.

Bottom Line: It's cute and if you are a big Disney or Lilo & Stitch fan, then get it. If not, then pass.
