Review: A very charming story a bout a little pig who in some cases can be a really good help.I would not dare take back the five stars. I'd give it more if I could. Great color and sound! I absoloutly love this movie. Your children will love it too! Buy it now!

Summary: Inappropriate near-death scene at the end+ mostly flashbacks
Review: Hi! This is my first review, and I was moved to write it because I felt so strongly against this film. I'll write positive reviews of other things later!
This was the first movie I took my son, then 2, to see. I purposely avoided any movie that could possibly have something too scary or violent (I thought).
What completely shocked me was a scene near the end where for a short period of time the rest of the gang believes that Pooh and Piglet have fallen to their deaths down a waterfall! It is only about 10 seconds (longer than it sounds), but plenty of time for the gang to begin MOURNING, and for any kid to believe that they are dead! Huh?
I was very disappointed already by then. Most of the movie consisted of flashbacks - which I assume were from previous animations? - which made me feel cheated.
I should admit that I am not a Disney fan, but I was ready to enjoy it, really!

Review: I beleive this movie is excellent. Animation is impecable and very close to original, voices are very close to original (except for Eyore) and a very good storyline. I beleive that Piglet's Big Movie is better than the Tigger Movie and Spring time with Roo, just because my daughter won't ask to watch the other ones (except of course, Winnie the Pooh).

Review: I have a five month old that loves this movie! We think it's great too, and the Carly Simon songs are so much fun. It's nice to see animation for kids that isn't "geared towards adults" too. We can appreciate that genre, but the little ones need more time to be little ones...

Summary: Fantastic for Families
Review: I have watched many versions of Winnie the Pooh, from the A.A. Milne originals to the more recent "New Adventures..." to the Book of Pooh. A Piglet Movie is much more A.A. Milne, which I personally find refreshing.The storyline is very gentle, and the feelings evoked by the themes are very familiar to small children (being too small, not being noticed, being lost and frightened). Each short story within the film was carefully chosen and fit perfectly with the overall theme. The search for Piglet and his magical scrapbook tie them all together seamlessly. The folksy Carly Simon music may not be some people's first choice, but it just works somehow in this movie. Just right. This movie has just the right amount of humor and excitement to hold a young child's interest without overkill. There were a couple of initial moments of nervousness for our 2 and 4 year old, when the bees were chasing Pooh and his friends, and again when Kanga gives Piglet a bath and Piglet is clearly terrified. My children have since relaxed, as they now understand these scenes a little better, but it may help to explain what's happening to little ones.

Review: I love it. My kids have made me watch it probably 20 times by now and I never tire of its charm and sentiment. It's just so all-around well done. And the songs REALLY grow on you. I hum them all day long. Guarenteed to love it.
