Review: I have two children who doesn't like to watch any movie other than a cartoon. I also have a husband who never liked a Disney movie that he saw. But ever since we saw "The Parent Trap" as a family, things have started to change. It somehow brought us all closer to each other. We laughed, we cried, and we cheered for the cute little girls. I bought the video without any hesitation, and we must have seen the movie 10 times already. I'm sure the kids have seen it more, because they have been watching the movie every single day since I bought it.

Review: The movie was very good but it was a good thing I previewed it before my children saw it - the part where the butler comes through with the speedo bathing suite - it had absolutely no significance in the movie - if that would have been deleted, I would have given the movie 5 stars.

Review: This movie didn't seem like a remake of the original at all! Lindsay Lohan played a great role in Hallie and Annie. She was stunning, electrifying, stupendous, and above all that, she's only 12! The settings were great~London, Napa and Camp, all done to perfection thanks to Disney's "remake movie" specialists. I give Natasha Richardson two thumbs up in a great performance as the British mother and Dennis Quaid couldn't have done better. The nanny, Jessie and the butler, Martin also did wonderfully! I give the "remake" of Disney's "The Parent Trap" two energetic thumbs up!

Review: I have seen this movie more than 5 times already and I'm still in love with it. The Parent trap is without a doubt the best movie that Disney has ever made. It has both elements for the kids and the adults. It made me laugh from begining till end. I also cried three times the first time I saw it, and one more time the second time around. If you're still hesitating in buying this video, I hope I have convinced you enough that you will not regret it.

Summary: A Re-make is better than a classic?
Review: I usually don't like children movies, but this one was enjoyable. Everything in this movie is better than the original. The special effects are better (of course), the girls are better actors, and it just seems more believeable than the original. Classics are usually not outdone, until now. If you waited, than you're lucky because you can benefit from a better version on DVD in a cool "white clamshell" case.
