Summary: The land before time 9 movie dino pack
Review: I have all nine movies the movies are great. There is always a moral to all the stories and good music to sing along with.
My family is always looking forward for the next movie to come out. Just one flaw these ten year old dinosaurs have not aged a bit. Must be nice. :)

Review: I'm 23 years old and I remember seeing the original Land Before Time at the theater. I haved loved it since. I even have some of the original toys that came at that time. Today I still look forward to each new movie to be released. I can't wait to have kids of my own to share these wonderful films with. I highly recomend this set.

Review: It is true that they teach lessons...that always teach the child that the parent is telling the child not to do something for there is things that will happen either good or bad...that they are only trying too protect the child...teaches them about loving others that arent of the same race or culture....among other things.... I think they are wonderful and my now 9 year old loves them...her granmother always gets her them when they come out...

Summary: Dinos + Friendship = Great Entertainment
Review: My almost-5-year-old son has seen all the Land Before Time movies and enjoys them all. I especially appreciate the fact that the 5 dino friends are not the same species but are best friends, even when one of their dino parents might not approve. They are loyal to each other and best buddies. They also have some typically childish annoying habits, like squealing when frightened, yelling when angry, etc., but they always make up and don't carry grudges. They learn their lessons when they disobey and they don't like to disappoint their parents. When my son tells me he wants to be like Ducky (one of the little dinos) I am happy to hear that, because Ducky is kind and sweet and hates conflict. I wouldn't recommend these movies for young children, as there are behaviors little ones aren't ready for, and also because there are some frightening moments (think "Bambi"). Use your own judgment as to when your child won't become upset with a T-Rex chasing little dinosaurs. Mine was close to 4 before we started watching these movies, and they've given us some wonderful teaching moments, especially about how to be a good friend.

Summary: Teaches children bad behavior
Review: My almost-three-year-old had been watching these movies for weeks
and I didn't figure out until recently that they have been teaching him bad behavior. First of all, one of the little dinosaurs screams constantly throughout these videos and this teaches little kids to scream just to make noise. The movies are also filled with smart-alec, bratty language that kids watching it will pick up on, like: "See you, wouldn't want to be you", and screaming, "Its not fair!" while stomping their feet. One of the movies has a scene where the kid dinosaurs are going to "Show the grown ups that we aren't babies anymore" by disobeying their parents and venturing into a dangerous swamp that they were told to stay out of. There are so many good children's movies out there that teach good values and behavior. This is not one of them, however, and
as a parent I recommend not bringing it home.

Review: My son wanted the whole set of The Land Before Time ever since he got back from his friend's house. Due to the high total price, my wife and I didn't want to spend that kind of money all at once. Untill this 9 movies collecion come alone + free shipping from Amazon.ca. It becames almost irresistible for us not to buy it. I've seen the volume X only, but already know the reset of 9 will be great too!! I highly recommend this collections for anyone who hasn't got them yet.

Review: They are great at holding childrens attention and fun to watch at the same time. The little ones enjoy signing along with the songs and manage to sit and actually watch the DVD. Once you start on the adventure with Little Foot and his friends the kids want to watch more.
