Summary: Great Flic
Review: I watched this film and in a scene with "Jack's" mother and the baby, when the camera pans through the room there is a ghost of a little boy standing in the window, you can't miss it. The little boy died 3 years prior to the making of the film and his mother sued the producers for allowing the film to be sold. It is really weird. Watch it. Other than that Three men and a baby is definatly a great movie.

Summary: The ghost in the curtian!!!!!
Review: I watched this movie with my friends one day an I saw the boy in the curtian. I thought it was fake at first but it was real to me!! After I watched it three times I later saw the gun that blew him out the window. If that was a cardboard cut-out then how do you explain the gun there right before you saw the boy. I think it is true!!!! If you don't you have got to see it!!!!!!

Summary: Here's a review that actually talks about the film itself
Review: I'm sick to death of reading review after review of this film and all anybody talks about is the ghost in the curtain. Let me make it clear for all of you who are seriously wondering about it: that was all a big mistake on the part of the production people. It was never meant to be in the film to begin with. O.K.? That having been said, let me get on with the plot summery. The film was pure delight. Three bachlors who never planned on parenting, suddenly have an infant whom one of them fathered dumped into thier care. My favorite scene is when Tom Sellek and Steve Guttenberg are trying to change Mary, (the baby,) for the very first time, and it proves to be much more difficult than ether of them thought. Hysterical! As for the drug sub-plot, I know it's diriveting from the scenes with the baby, but perhaps the film makers were short on ideas and felt that they needed some way to make a full length feature movie, or that the movie needed some excitment and suspence, or perhaps they just wanted to remain faithful to the origonal french film, THREE MEN AND A CRADLE, which also contained a sub-plot involving drug dealers. (And is also well worth seeing.) As for the "pat ending", I liked it just fine. In fact, I wouldn't have preferred that it end any other way! Getting back to the origonal french version, the one I saw was dubbed in english, which for me was a plus, since I've never liked reading subtitles. I don't know how easily available the dubbed version is, but it's still a delight, every bit as much as this film.

Summary: A baby lover's must
Review: In 1987,when Tom Selleck and Ted Danson were on annual hiatus from their respective television shows,Magnum P.I. and Cheers, they filmed with Steve Guttenberg, this lovely comedy about sudden, reluctant babysitting. Just the previous year,Guttenberg filmed "Police Academy 4:Citizens On Patrol",his last sequel. BAD BOY,performed by Gloria Estefan & the Miami Sound Machine,is played during the opening credits. The babysitting starts one Sunday morning when Peter Mitchell(Selleck) returns from a jog to his apartment and finds a baby in a bassinet on the floor near the door. He calls his roommate Michael Kellam(Guttenberg),so he could take a look at the beautiful baby girl. Near her is a note from her mother written to the baby's father Jack Holden(Danson). Jack lives with Peter and Michael. Peter goes to the supermarket in his workout apparel to buy some baby food and diapers since the trio had none of their own. So Michael entertains Mary, the baby. After Jack, who's an actor, returns home from Turkey after filming a TV movie,he is strangled by Peter and Michael, mistaking him for a burglar. They are pissed at him for putting them through hell with the baby. Peter tells Jack,"We(himself and Michael) put our lives on hold taking care of this kid and now it's your turn." In another scene where Peter and Michael are shooting pool,Jack is having difficulty changing Mary's diaper("How do you put on these goddamn things anyway?")."Figure it out for yourself,d---head!",Peter answers. Things get back to normal when Mary's mother Sylvia(Nancy Travis) shows up at the trio's apartment to reclaim Mary. Sylvia planned to catch a flight to London, taking Mary with her. That didn't happen, realizing Sylvia would have been sorry eventually. So she returns to the trio's apartment. The trio themselves return to the apartment after they rode a cab to the airport from where Sylvia and Mary were gonna take off. The trio thought Sylvia and Mary had. Sylvia, who's an actress, complains to the trio that her hectic work schedule makes her not care enough for Mary. Peter, who's an architect, told Sylvia that he'd build one or two rooms for Sylvia and Mary, inviting them to the household. Jack told Peter and Michael in an earlier scene that Jack and Sylvia met while acting in a play. In the last scene,Peter,Jack,Sylvia and Michael are all pushing Mary in her stroller, with a long handlebar, accomodating four pairs of hands! This movie was released November 25,1987 and became a #1 blockbuster and remained in many theatres for 4 or 5 months. The success of this film spawned a sequel 3 years later entitled "Three Men and a Little Lady".

Summary: About the boy in the curtain I found the truth
Review: In the part of the movie where Jacks mother comes over and then you see a figure in the window. Well a couple of years before the making of the movie a little boy commited sucide out the same window they were shoting at later finding this they pulled the movie out of the threaters and have never showed it on tv networks after what they found and they said it was a cut out not true it is a ghost with a hat, shirt, and jeans on him and he blinks in a split second after they passed it.

Summary: It is so funny!
Review: My mom rented this movie for my sister and I. Four thumbs up!!!!! The parts we liked the best were when the baby was crying, when Peter and Michael first saw the baby, and when they were bathing the baby using a turkey baster.

Summary: Fun for TV viewers
Review: My wife and I enjoyed this movie on our honeymoon. Not only were we intrigued to see it because of enjoying Tom Selleck in "Magnum PI" and Ted Danson in "Cheers", but also a movie directed by Mr. Spock! So, because of nostalgia, we bought soon after it came out on video. Now we enjoy seeing various stars in bit parts.

Wilson from "Home Improvement"

The grandmother from "Promised Land"

The manager from "News Radio"

Is Tom Sellecks girlfriend in that new show, "Now and Again"?

The mother from that couple in New York show that went off the air last year.
