Summary: Simply an Awesome Movie, You will Laugh!
Review: What can I say, I took my 3 kids to see this truly funny movie and they sat through the whole thing. The first thing they asked me when we were departing the theater was, "Daddy can we buy the tape". They have a lot of Disney movies, but I believe this will be the most watched Disney tape in our house since Toy Story. I say buy it, enjoy it, its one for the collection.

Summary: Hilarious!
Review: This movie is incredibly sarcastic, which means the casting people were right on when they picked David Spade. My friends and I went around quoting this movie for days! Pacha is a wonderful role model as the mature and caring family man, and Kuzco is, well, the opposite. Kronk is by far the most entertaining though. Is it really so surprising that this man can have a complete lack of common sense, but speaks fluent squirrel? Most of the jokes will be over the heads of young children, and the most appreciative audience might actually be teenagers, who are old enough to catch what is being lampooned. This will not matter to young children though, because they will focus on the main plot. This is also true of the Muppet and Sesame Street movies, and so I would put The Emperor's New Groove in the same humor category. It makes me sad that Disney is no longer making the musicals it used to specialize in, but I like this joke-a-second format too!

Summary: Fantasticly Funny!
Review: I wasn't sure if I would like this movie, considering that several past Disney movies have been VERY disappointing. But this was one of the funnest movies I've ever seen! David Spade does a wonderful job as the voice of Emperor Kuzco, and Yzma's Dim-witted helper Kronk steals the show. Also, the ending was very satisfying. <Unlike Hercules and Pocahatas> If you want the humor and sacastic remarks made popular by Warner Bros, I strongly recommend this movie.

Summary: Uh huh
Review: The Emperors New Groove is the only movie I actually went to see 3 times at the theatre. Each time I went I laughed so hard I cried. I am not a huge Disney fan and I truly dislike 101 and 102 dalmations, but The Emperors New Groove was totally different. This movie appears to be written for David Spade's cocky sense of humor. Way to go Disney! (finally)

Summary: This is a great movie for any age
Review: Of course the kids loved it, but so did the adults. I took one of my good friends on a date to see this movie. Both being almost 18 years old, I felt like I'd fall asleep during a Disney movie. But I didn't. I loved it. I started laughing from the very beginning. The Emporer, played by David Spade, is just great. Spade uses that sarcasim that is well-known from his SNL days, and Tommy Boy. Even the dim-witted body guard was great. He had me laughing all the time. Getting beyond the sentimental value of that night, this is a really good movie, and that is why I gave it the 5 star.

Summary: Unfunny. [....]
Review: First of all, the homour. Some of it is funny, but most of it isn't. The resturaunt scene where the Witch and Kutzco tells Kronk what they want was terribly unfunny. Disney tried WAY to hard! I actually found myself fake-laughing, trying to enjoy this movie, but, no. Second, the music. Wait- THERE IS NO MUSIC! [....] Disney music rocks (Except for Little Mermaid 2, etc.)! Why in the world would they diss the music?!? Also, the villian is NOT scary. If YOU want a quality horror female, check out Melephisant in Sleeping Beauty (the scene where her eyes glowing in the fireplace- ooooooohhhhhh! Gave me nightmares!). So why am I giving this [...] movie a whopping 1 star instead of 0? Because of Kronk. I found him funny. Expecially the "Oh! She is going down!" scene. And where he was mummuring his theme song. Final Report card: F- Final Thought: If this is what it means to be a Disney animated movie in the new Millennium, then let's go back to heart-touching romance and catchy songs. SHAME ON YOU, DISNEY!

P.S. Pregnant women trying to pick up cups on the floor is NOT funny whatsoever.

Summary: Disney at its Best
Review: When I first heard about this movie I wasn't to excited about it. It looked and seemed to be worthless and idiotic. I Had a feeling it was going to be In the runner up postion on the list of worst disney movies ever made, right behind Pocohontas. Which was Disney's worst. But when I was forced to see this movie with my Siblings and little cousins. I decided right away to change it right to the disneys best list. As I watched it it was beating its way to the top of the list and made it. The Emperors New Groove is the best and funniest Disney movie EVER. One thing that I absolutely loved about this movie is there was only one song and that was left to appear only in the beginning. THANK YOU GOD. I always dispised Disney for the irritating songs that the charachters sang in their movies. It always takes away from the story and the laughs Which The Emperors New Groove never stops delivering. It may have not had the most evil villian, But it served up the best Henchmen ever to hit the Screen and His name is Kronk voiced by new comer Patrick Warburton. Another great thing is there is no stupid romance, Disney dispences that for good old fashion comedy. But the clincher in this movie is the teaming of David Spade and John Goodman, their characters Kuzco and Pacha are the funniest duo since Jay and Silent Bob. On top of the endless laughs and great ability not to use more than one song the movie adds a great chase to end the movie. All in all this is the BEST Disney movie EVER!

Summary: FUNNY!
Review: This movie is one of the funniest Disney movies that I've seen. It's very original and well written. I was laughing through the whole movie. If you like David Spade, you'll love this movie. He uses the same whit and sarcastically harrassing tone that he uses in Tommy Boy, etc. I would recommend this not only for your children, but for your entertainment as well.

Summary: Orginal and Funny
Review: Taking place in anchient Peru, the Emperor's New Grooze is a big new accomplishment from disney. Emperor Kuzco (voices by the hilarious David Spade) is a smart alecky, spoiled brat that cares about no one but himself. WHen he fires the evil Esma she is filled with so much rage that she is intent on killing the young emperor. Unfortunatly her not so bright assisent, Kronk, mixes up the poisions and turns him into a Llama and dumps him in the river. Now Kuzco's only hope is Pacha, a pesent who's village he was going to "pave over" (for lack of better phrase) and create a summer home for himself.

The Emperor's new Groove was one of the funniest Dinsey movies I've seen in ages. The actor's were very well chosen and they didn't focus so much on the music aspect as they usually do. They brough some old little kid comedy effects I haven't seen in Disney movies for a while (you know the shoulder-angel/shoulder-devil scene?). If you love Disney movies this is for you.
