Summary: Kids of all generations should have Care Bears
Review: I loved Care Bears as a kid. Heh, still love them in fact. I just had to buy the DVDs so I can show my kids some day. I think all kids should get to watch Care Bears growing up. Too bad they aren't on TV anymore. I think they are by far preferable to Barney or Teletubbys...much cuter and less headache-inducing.

Summary: Childhood Favorite
Review: As a child who loved her cartoons it nice to see that somethings haven't changed. Even now I still love this movie as much as I did when I was a little girl. This is one of those kind of movies you can definately share with your children in the future. This video represents the true meaning of friends who care for each other.

Summary: care bears rock..!!!!!
Review: What can i saw this film rules,
Dark heart takes over kirsty a girl at camp who is fed up with being last at everything and he helps her be the best at everything, but eventuly even he begins to care about her, her two friends dont get taken over becase they get a visit from the care bears
in this film you get to see the care bears being babies and growing up (there just soooo cute as babies)an being rasied by ther gardians noble hart horse and true hart bear
i watched care bears religously(but who born 1900 upwards didn't), if you looking for a film to give you a warm fuzzy feeling then this is most definatly it.
the plot dosn't really make much sense when compared to the first film, in the first film the care bears meet the care bear cousins for the first as adults, but in this
one they grow up togther, but it dosn't really matter, this film rocks,
it will apeal to everyone adults who grew up with care bears love it, and there kids will love it too
no matter how old the person the care bears will touch everyone
if you love care bears then you must buy this
keep there spirit alive 4 eva
after all what would the world be like without the care bears

Summary: Care Bear freak has issues with movie
Review: i am a major care bear nut, I have been into this stuff from the beginning. Very cute movie, but if you watch the two care bear movies, you will notice differences. Now if you're 5 it probably wont matter much, but i thought i'd share. Almost as if they forgot how the care bear cousins were introduced in the first (and best) movie, the care bear cousins join the care bears AS BABIES and co exhist in their caring wonderland. Not so if you followed the first movie. So I would say its a matter of prefrence on which one you want to believe.
Although this movie is super cute, the songs just arent as catchy as the first. And some other characters are in it that werent released in US (harmony bear, true heart, nobel heart horse), which landed me in a frenzy when i first watched the movie as a kid.
Definently not as good as the first but if you are a true fan, you can put aside those issues and happily welcome this friendly film into your collection, happy viewing!

Summary: CARE BEARS RULE
Review: This movie came out in theaters when I was 5, my whole room was Care Bears. This is a awesome movie. Anyone who grew up with Care Bears knew what they were about. The Care Bears were shown as cubs because as anyone who knows about the Care Bears know this movie actually takes place before the first one, this is how they found Care-A-Lot. This is a must and a good way to warm any little girl or boys heart Good way to teach lessons that movies and cartoon's dont teach today.

Summary: Wow...
Review: Well, this is the kind of movie you never escape...it was my favorite when I was tiny, and to this very day I sometimes find myself either thinking fondly of it or putting references in my own writing (kind of strange when you're dealing with dark fantasy type things...) I still love it, on some level (and THAT is a real embarrassment...) and if I had a kid, or knew someone who was having a kid, I'd get it for them. And then we'd all chant "We Care" at the important moments...or "We don't care!" if you want to be a stinker...

Summary: Yes, I love this...
Review: Like just about everyone else here it seems, I ..."shamelessly" admit to loving this *wonderful* movie! The first song and Forever Young at the end ALWAYS used to make me cry when I was little... I never understood why and my mum told me that I was an emotional person... Actually, I cried the last time I watched it too...
OK, so I'm little uncomfortable (now- I'm sure when I was 5 or 6 or whatever I just loved it...) with the appeal to the audience bit near the end... a bit like Peter Pan, but seriously, apart from that, every minute rocks! I love the music, I love the characters... Dark heart's tenderness to Cristy is so sweet, and there's a happy ending, and it's all so very touching and lovely!!! It really does make you feel all warm and wonderful...

Summary: Imaginative and inspiring for aspiring animators
Review: This movie along with every 1980's cartoon is the very reason I wanted to be an animation director, screenwriter and character designer. This what animation is about fantasy, fun, and maybe a few good songs here and there. Alot of disney films over did the new songs routine. this movie has a story and songs that play a role in the movie, not extending it a few more minutes like the land before time sequels.

Summary: This movie rules
Review: I am 25 years old, and I've never stopped loving this movie! I never owned it as a kid, but my cousins loaned it to me and my sisters (we finally gave it back after a couple of years), and now that I have an 18-month old daughter of my own, I want her to get to know the magic of this awesome movie, too! The Care Bears are so cool (everything I wished I could be), and I love how their powers come from their love for everyone. The Care Bears are so contagious, even Dark Heart couldn't resist anymore! All of the songs are so cute, and I still remember all the words (in fact, I still have my audio cassette soundtrack). The song "Forever Young" is my favorite. This movie will never get old, and either will the Care Bears (I still sleep with my Bedtime Bear!). Okay, that was probably more than you wanted to know. Anyway, you have to get this movie. For your kids, for yourself. If you're looking for a video that is chock-full of values, love, caring, acceptance, and forgiveness (which, unfortunately, is kinda rare these days), then you need to add this one to your video library.

Summary: Great for kids, fun for fans.
Review: Every kid born from the period of 1981-1986 owned a Care Bear. Don't shake your head, pal. You KNOW you did. And most of us saw the movies too. And loved them. Once again, just fess up. For kids, this is a great movie. Sweet, simple and cute. Not a movie for non-whimiscal grownups (unless you REALLY get into the obvious influence of the story of Faust on the movie.) But hey, for those of us who like to revel in the carefree nostalgia of childhood, you just about HAVE to own this flick. Go ahead, buy it. It'll make you feel all warm and fuzzy.
