Review: I am so glad that this is happening. Jem on DVD is a dream come true.Its hard to believe. I used to watch this show every saturday. I wanted to be like Jem always. She was and she is still my role model.This show has a lot of values and good hearted messages. I love the music and the story. Jem is a cartoon that has everything , good music, fab clothes,and a story that is just imposible to forget.*tears*. I'm so happy to see that jem is coming to dvd , she deserves it, really. A lot of stuff from the 80s and 70s are back and a lot of people who grew up with Jem needed her back again. Jem will be always.. and forever, Truly Outrageous!!!

Summary: hmm its the 80's all over again??
Review: i remember watching this show it truly does bring back memories i used to watch it and say what the world was thinkin??i am glad RHINO is releasing older toons from the 80's atleast they could do is bring back HE-MAN or teenage mutant ninja turtles. if you want a good 80's toon get transformers instead of JEM. anyway just thought i'd mention i already have this set on DVD and nothings changed.. dont get your hopes were are not the little kids we USE to BE!!!

Review: Wow. I was not expecting this. And with such a wealth of extras too. Jem truly deserves the royal treatment. Watching this will take me back to the awesome 80's and it will be great to revisit a really cool show that wasn't just for girls. It had action and suspense. I really considered it much more than a cartoon. Here's hoping for the next box set very soon. Way to go Rhino!

Summary: Greatest 'Toon of All Time!
Review: I am so excited about this, I could burst! JEM was THE greatest cartoon when I was a kid. Such a hip show and the camp factor could not be denied. I love how Jem & the Holograms gave 30 second concerts! The music was superb (though the repeating of the chorus over & over was laughable). As much as I love Jem, the Misfits were the more appealing characters. They were such tragically flawed characters. Pizzazz as the little girl who was always searching for her father's love. Roxy, who we later learn is illiterate. Stormer, torn between her inadequecies and loyalty to her band. Jetta, ashamed of how she grew up and wanting more. So sit back and enjoy some fun music and action, though it is puzzling that since Jem's life was always in danger during each commercial break...why didn't she just call the cops?

Review: Even today this cartoon is still wonderful. It has lovable characters, fantastic music, great life lessons, amazing animation, and FUN!!! I simply can't put into words how much I love this great show. Buy it on dvd so the rest of the seasons will be released. Help make Jem a hit!
