Surge's Raichu . no cigar. then brock the "pokemon breeder"recalled surge saying that he evolved his Raichu right when he got it so he told ash to use speed attacs like agility on surges Raichu becaues the Raichu did not learn them because it only learns speed attacs as a Pikachu so ash won.The morale Don't evolve your Pikachu as soos as you get it
