Summary: Scooby-Doo a movie star? WOW!
Review: "Scooby-Doo Goes Hollywood", I'll have to admit, can be better than those classic cartoons. They're good, too, but this movie is A LOT less scarier and more safe for young Scooby fans.
From "How Scooby Won the West" to an unsuccessful "Lavonne and Scooby", and from a rcokin' "Scooby Days", to "Scooby's Angels" all are top-notch blowouts. Too bad there isn't more to those short films. When I first saw it, I thought Scooby and Shaggy were really going to hit the big time. Entertaining for everybody. Scooby-Dooby-Doo!!

Summary: this is great scooby doo stuff!!!!
Review: After seeing the live SCOOBY DOO movie,i felt the need to revisit the animated comics and so at first, i rented SCOOBY DOO ON ZOMBIE ISLAND which i thought was pretty awful.when i got a chance to rent a free kid s video(along with a regular priced location)i picked up SCOOBY DOO GOES HOLLYWOOD expecting it to be as dull as SCOOBY DOO ON ZOMBIE ISLAND but i got a real surprise!this may different than other SCOOBY DOO stories but it s funny and original.i liked the spoofing of the old 70 s tv shows and it s musical scenes.it would be a terrific idea if the next real live SCOOBY DOO movie could be based on this terrific animated film!

Summary: The name to remember is Scooby Doo
Review: Can Scooby Doo get sick and tired of his Saturday morning show and take a job in Hollywood as a tv and movie star? According to Scooby Doo Goes Hollywood, yes he can and does. It starts with Shaggy (Casey Kasem) and Scooby Doo (Don Messick) are filming a new Scooby Doo epoisde. So Shaggy talks Scooby into going from a cowdly dog to serious star and do westerns and even have his won trailer. Shaggy and Scooby go to a network exective named C.J to not only get Scooby his own Tv show and even star in movies. They show him a film called How Scooby Won the West starting, prouced, written and directed by Scooby. C.J doesn't take them seriously and finds it a joke. To prove they are serious they both leave the show and start filming more films and showing them to C.J enough to make him decide that Scooby Doo should go back to his show. The films shown to C.J include Scooby Days and Scooby & Cherie.

Summary: IT HAS GROWN ON ME
Review: I used to hate this one but I kept watching it and watching it and watching and now I like it a lot but it is not classic Scooby Doo however it shows some clips from old episodes which is a bit of a plus.

There are still some funny stuff in this video but for older t.v. fans. Lots of seventies t.v. spin offs that make the movie better than it looks.

Overall this is not bad could have been better could have been worse. I loved the Groove!!! Mildly recommended.

Summary: Oh gosh...
Review: I'm sorry to disagree with the people who liked this film, but it wasn't very good at all. I know that Hanna-Barbera wants to make Scooby Doo a true star, BUT I think they chose the wrong plot for this movie. However, this movie had good points, but it's not good enough. Here are some of the pros/cons for this movie:

Pros:
The actors from Hollywood make their apperance.
They had spin-offs from the old films I loved.
The "Scooby Doo, We Need You" chant from America (which really touched me).

Cons:
Spin-Offs from the old films were WAAAYYY over the top. It was very confusing and too strange.
Flashbacks. I know that it's really good to see how Scooby was chosen by Mystery Inc., but not in a movie that is about Hollywood.
Shaggy. WHY??? Why did they have to treat Shaggy like crud?! It's not fair. I liked it better when he was Scooby's pal and always afraid with Scooby and the way he and Scooby are live baits and always trap the monster with courage in their hearts, but in this movie, it's all about Shaggy and the one word I'm looking for: DEMANDING!!! It's like in this movie he forgets that he's with Mystery Inc. and he wants Scooby to have a better career in Hollywood. All of those were completely wrong! Come on HB, this is my favorite character your treating very poorly!

Overall, I was disappointed in this movie. If you want to see Scooby and the TRUE Shaggy, pick up Scooby Doo on Zombie Island, or Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase. However, if you really feel like Scooby deserves to be a movie star, go ahead and pick up this movie.

Summary: My 2 1/2 loves this tape.
Review: My 2 1/2 year old son loves this tape. The music is less spooky than the other tapes, it's upbeat and there is a Johnny Bravo cartoon at the end.

Summary: Ok, Scooby Movie
Review: This film is ok. It is not one of Scooby's better movies. This film is my least favorite in the Scooby series. I do have it on VHS & DVD so I could have them all. I am only five to six DVDs away from having all of the Scooby DVDs. The only reason that I suggest buying this DVD is to have them all.
