Summary: Thomas fans will rejoice
Review: A video that made my kids rejoice!! When my kids invited me to watch this video, I thought that it would be lame. But what I got was a very nice video. My favourite one was when stepney was almost scrapped. A good video and well done to Alec Baldwin for good narrating. But parents be warned...this is not a video for squimish kids. I thought that it was a bit extreme for littles but for oldens i would reccomened it!! It was the best even for me.

Summary: THE THIRD TIME'S A CHARM!
Review: After three attempts, Alec Baldwin, the narrator has put some life into the characters that was missing from his earlier efforts on "Cranky Bugs" and "Races and Rescues." As the editorial review suggests, this video is scarier and more suspenseful than earlier Thomas stories, so I don't consider it suitable for children under 5. "Spills and Chills" introduces a new character, Boulder, a big round rock with a pouty face that is probably the most clever Thomas character yet. "Spills and Chills and Other Thomas Thrills" would be a fine addition to your Thomas video library.

Summary: Thomas and his friends are back again!
Review: Alec Baldwin surprised my son a whole lot with his first tape "Cranky Bugs". However, since Britt Allcroft decided to make her own track (no pun intended) and create some of her own stories, they seem to lose interest quickly, and teach nothing. Rather then teaching a value to children, such as, making fun of somebody, then needing their help, (Thomas and Terrance) the children learn no values, and are only merely entertained. Sure, the children learn not to touch things that they should in "Boulder", and enjoy Pete Sam's quick revenge in "Duncan Gets Spooked", but stories like "Toby's Discovery" lose all interest after several repeated viewings. However, I'm also sure that with Britt Allcroft's movie on Thomas;" Thoma and the Magic Railroad" (Teaser included) that she's much more concerned about her giant leap, from playing model trains, to live action actors in Chroma Key. Of course that's just my opinion! :-)

Summary: Spills and chills
Review: As a mom I saw it with my 4 year old child who absolutely loved it. My son had been bored with Thomas unitl he heard about the movie and in the video they introduced some new characters. It was a good video.

Summary: Spills and Chills
Review: I found this tape very exciting and hardly scary. One of the best Thomas tapes ever! Lots of people think this is too scary for kids. WRONG! Of course this really matters on what kind of kid you have. In most stories there is a lot of darkness and sounds like creaks, owls, etc... but turn out with a good lesson in the end; not to be afraid of the dark. If you plan to buy this tape, you have made a good choice. Great minds think alike, I guess.

Summary: Video 23!
Review: I havn't seen this video but I know it will be fun. A ghost will scare Duncan, the small yellow engine. A beatiful Canal Boat with Sir Topham Hatt, Lady Hatt, and their grand children gets stuck on a sand bar. Rusty gets away from a boulder. Stepney is almost scrapped. Toby finds a discovery. And Henry is haunted. Enjoy the video.

Review: I loved this video. The stories are "Toby's Discovery", "Rusty and the Boulder", "Duncan Gets Spooked", "Stepney Gets Lost", "Sir Topham's Hat Holiday" and the cool music video "Every Cloud has a Silver Lining." Rusty and the boulder is very exciting! Alec Baldwin is good.

Summary: For Thomas Lovers
Review: I owned the video, and after it wore out I bought the DVD. My 5 and 2 year old kids love Thomas, especially the 2 year old. Kids with imagination will love these stories. Alec Baldwin does a great job narrating, and the primitive graphics allow the kids brains to bring the characters to life. If your kid is a whimp, sit with him when watching the Boulder episode, 2nd time thru they'll be OK.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Not for sensitive toddlers
Review: I wish I had read Robin's review (from PA) before purchasing this one. My son is three and terrified by this video. He covered his ears and ran up to his room when we put the tape on.
