Review: I watched this with a group of friends. We had so much fun that we started it one day and finished it the next, with only about two ten minute breaks in between. It's got great jokes, the romance is actually AMUSINg instead of incredibly embarrassing.. and it's rather satisfying. There are GREAT jokes, especially the frog. Watch this is you like faerie tails... even remotely.

Review: Although this epic starts slowly with some very tedious escapades in New York, there is a payoff if you have the patience.
The alternate world they fashioned is very rich and interesting, and John Larroquette actually delivers a hilarious performance as his character begins to lose patience with all the fantasy cliches the world is stocked to the brim with (normally, I find his acting somewhat anoying). I was rolling when he finally goes non-liniar on the frog. Scott Cohen delivers an awesome performance as the Wolf.I can't listen to "Whiter Shade of Pale" without thinking of swaying mushrooms anymore. :) I only gave it three because the sections of lameness that beg for the fast forward button.

Review: What is wrong with all these people giving this movie 5 stars. I am not even sure I brought the right DVD because I definitely didn't see anything worth 5 stars here. I just finished watching the movie for the Thanksgiving weekend, and all I can say is UGH!!!! Watch the TV movie "Merlin". That was a great film, this is just plain stupid.

Review: We buy TONS of movies on dvd, and this is by far one of, if not the best movie we've ever seen. I've had it for 3 weeks now, and have watched four times and am still discovering new things each time!! Scott Cohen is GREAT, as well as the other cast!
Definitely worth the money!! Don't let one, incorrect, review scare you away!! You WILL LOVE this movie!!!

Summary: This is the worst TV movie ever made!!!
Review: I decided to take a risk on this film because of the great reviews. I am the essential kid at heart. If it brings out the kid in me then I love it, yet this movie left me cold. I give it 1/2 star because there were some funny moments in the movie and another 1/2 for some decent special effects, but otherwise it [was no good]. The acting, with the exception of Diane Wiest, was sickening. The script and everything about the movie failed to entertain. It's almost like one extremely bad romance novel that has gone way way over board. If I had children I would never let them watch this because it is way too indepth, and there are some very un-child like scenes. This movie was sooooo horrible. I had to force myself to continue watching. It was soooo bad. If you are looking for enjoyable entertainment for the entire family bypass on this movie. Do yourself a favor and don't waste 7 1/2 hours of your time on this....movie.

Summary: The best movie I've seen in a long time!
Review: As a mother of two teen age boys and a high school teacher I must tell you that this is a wonderfully fun and entertaining movie. My boys loved it so much that I had to share it with my high school students. At first eyes rolled when they heard the name of the movie, but after we watched it even the boys said they enjoyed it. It was fun to watch such a wholesome movie and see the kids really like it. It was amusingly entertaining, and never boring despite the length.
