Summary: The Perfect Family Movie
Review: This film is the best of 2001. The best thing about it is it has something for everyone. Moms and Dads can appreciate the fact it's rated G, and the laughs- not to mention Julie Andrews. Kids under 10 (especially girls) will like it because it's basically a fairy tale. Teens like me will probably enjoy it the most, because it's pretty much your average teen movie, only with less cussing. And the love story appeals to everyone. It's also extremely funny. Some parts of the movie make your stomach ache from laughing. It's kind of a cross between My Fair Lady and She's All That. Not to mention the wonderful actors. Julie Andrews (what else can I say?), Anne Hathaway (a great actress, she's good with physical comedy), Mandy Moore (Not only an excellent singer, but a great actor! She sings in the movie too!), and Eric Von Detton (a very cute actor who plays Mandy's boyfriend). The number one reason to see this is the laughs and the story line (even though it's predicable). I'm going to see this movie again soon, and I'm going to buy it as soon as it comes out. Do yourself a favor and go see The Princess Diaries.

Summary: Princess Diaries-An extremely funny, well-acted movie
Review: A wonderfully, delightful movie. It explores the theme of family relationships and bonding of generations. Through love and acceptance, the grandmother Queen helps the shy, clumsy, unpopular teenager to believe in herself. Anne Hathaway is perfectly cast as the teenage girl who lacked self-confidence and Julie Andrews is perfectly cast as the gracious Queen and stern grandmother who transforms into a very caring grandmother. I have already seen this movie 8 times because it is wholesome, has a great deal of humor, and is well-acted. I can relate to some of the problems of the teenage girl. It reminds me of My Fair Lady where the teenager transformed into a confident, mature beyond her years, young adult. She finds out what truly is important in life - family, her true friends (there is no need to win a popularity contest), and being your true self. There is magic in accepting and believing in yourself. I was pleased with the relationship that she had with her father but you will have to see the movie to realize how his love influence her when she needed his help the most.

Summary: SWEET CUTE FUNNY AMAZING AND GREAT
Review: This movie had a lot of great funny parts. My mom brought my birthday movie-sleepover party. We had a fabulous time. Most of my friends want to see it again. All through the night, we talked all about the movie while repeating the most funny parts they liked.

One of my friends said she was not allowed to see PG movies. Afterwards, she said it was the best movie that she ever has seen in her life. I have seen PG and G but of all of them this was the best of all the movies even PG movies.

Summary: Finally a G-rated movie for the kids!
Review: My husband, my 5 year daughter and I went to see The Princess Diaries this past weekend. It was a really cute movie and the slap stick was enjoyed tremendously by my daughter as well as myself.

This is the first and only G-rated movie that we've been able to find this summer. What a sad statement about Hollywood that the summer didn't have any wholesome movies for kids to watch until August 3. Oh well .....

Julie Andrews was perfect in the role as the Queen and how beautiful and elegant she is on the big screen. I think that the movie had some good lessons in it. It would be nice to see more movies as wholesome or even more wholesome than this one.

Thank you Garry Marshall (the director).

Summary: 100% Good
Review: You know when you go to the movies, they are good except for that one scene or those few words that really weren't necessary? Well, this movie is good! 100% good from start to finish. It was really refreshing to see something that I didn't have to worry any about the content and was still very entertained by it. I would recommend it to anyone and I am looking forward to the day that it is released on a video. It is a keeper.

Summary: Very delightful for the whole family
Review: I thought this movie was great. I have a 9yr old girl and and 11 yr old boy and a husband. All 4 of us went and laughed throughout the movie. And yes even the boys did! It was so nice to have a rated G movie that the whole family could enjoy. Even my husband admitted he liked it. The whole cast was superb. They couldn't have done a better job on picking the characters. I would suggest anyone past the age of nine to ninety-nine would enjoy this movie.

Summary: Best Movie I've Seen in Years
Review: This was a great movie. I have not laughed this much in years. I also liked that it was a CLEAN movie. No sex, no language or anything inappropriate for kids of any age. I liked the movie so much that I had to go watch it again the day after I saw it the first time! Take anyone who wants to be entertained to see this show!!!!!
