Summary: Family Fun for all Generations
Review: This movie was just adorable. A rare thing - a movie that would appeal to Girls, Mothers, and Grandmothers. No embarrassing moments or inappropriate language! It was a great way for our 3 generations to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon

Review: I saw this film in Branson with my sister and my mom on my vacation and it was hillarious Anne Hathaway, Julie Andrews, Eric Von Detton were really great in this movie I know Andrews was good singing in the Sound of Music and Eric Von Detton in the 1999-2000 series of So Weird was good they're great in the this movie was good but Mandy Moore? I don't know I've never seen her in a movie like this of course she plays a cheerleader Snob named Lana she was good also I just hope she doesn't do anymore movies I'm not saying she's bad though I've just never seen her in a disney movie but I hope they do a sequel but I hope they never replace the actors I hope you go see this it's one of the best disney films of this year!

Summary: Cute and Charming - Every Girl's Dream!
Review: I am 20 years old and me and a group of my friends went to go see this movie in the theatre. We all agreed that while it was predictable (reason for the 4 stars) it was just an incredibly cute story. I think every girl should see this because no matter how old you are, what your personality is, we all want to be treated LIKE a princess and most of us wished during some point in our childhood that we were a princess (I know I did!) and I think Garry Marshall truly captured that dream in this movie. It is very uplifting and a good comedy for young girls because it tells them that yuo should stay true to who you are. Even though Mia is a princess she is still clumsy - just because her looks changed doesn't mean that what defines her - being a princess defines her. And she accepts who she is. I think it sent a good and honest message out to teenage audiences and also included great acting by both Andrews (without a doubt) and Hathaway and Elizondo. A great family movie!

Summary: Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrew make a great team!
Review: I thought this movie was a great comedy. It is about a girl named Mia, who doesn't have the best looks, and isn't popular at all. Everybody makes fun of her, especially the cheerleaders. But one day Mia's Mom tells her that Mia's Grandma (on her Dad's side) has called wanting to have tea with Mia. Mia is very confused but when she meets her Grandmother and her mansion the next day she tells her that she is Queen of Genova and Mia is the princess. Mia is greatly surprised. (A little too surprised because she runs away) I won't tell anymore but this movie is defiantly worth your money.

Summary: Pretty Woman (2001)
Review: In many respects, this is Pretty Woman all over again and Anne Hathaway is an up-and-coming Julia Roberts. Keep your eye on her in the future. Julie Andrews has a "Mary Poppins/Maria Von Trapp" kind of role as the Queen of a fictional country who is preening her granddaughter (Hathaway) to assuming her rightful place as monarch. Worth a look!

Summary: Really cute movie with a happy ending
Review: This movie was so cute! The casting was great! Anne Hathaway was great as Mia, and Julie Andrews was great as Queen Clarice. Has a lot of laughs. The jokes are really funny. It's the perfect film for the whole family.

Summary: A Nice Story, A Fun Comedy
Review: Although a bit formulaic with the 'ugly duckling' storyline, this movie really was a great way to spend two hours. The basic storyline has Mia (Ann Hathaway), an unpopular (to put in mildly) school girl finding out that she's the heir to the throne of a small European kingdom when her long-lost grandmother (the legendary Julie Andrews!!!) shows up to claim her for the throne.

The rest of the movie basically shows Mia taking the hilarious steps to refine and (physically and socially) transform herself for the throne while trying to survive the tenth grade, find the right boyfriend and battle off the paparazzi. While the plot may sound cliché, the movie really is a great flick taking you back to those less than secure days of high school. You'll really feel for Mia as she battles her own self-doubts, feelings, emotions and those sometimes cruel classmates of hers.

Highlights:

--The first state dinner!!!

--Beating the ticket!!!

--Those high school adventures'

--The hilarious lessons in etiquette'

--The makeover'

--A young girl finds herself!!!

The best scenes in the movie for me were the 'State Dinner' and the part where they tried to beat a ticket from a cop.

Overall, if you dig those 'teen/chick' type of movies, you'll go for this one. I'd equate this to a cross between 'Miss Congeniality' and 'Never Been Kissed.' It's a fun movie to kill a few hours with or to catch while on a date. If you're a guy, I'll guarantee your spouse/girlfriend will probably like it'

Summary: THE BEST MOVIE!!
Review: I saw this movie in theaters on Friday and I LOVED IT!! I had read both "The Princess Diaries" and "Princess in the Spotlight." This movie is different from the books but I still liked it. I would recommend that ANYONE go and see it. I am looking forward to buying it when it comes to video and I have already bought the soundtrack. I recommend reading the books too so you can understand some things.

Summary: Great! See it!
Review: This is a movie about a geeky girl who finds out she's a princess by her grandmother the queen. The queen's goal is to turn her into a look-like princess, even with her looks, Mia struggles to act like a princess. She is suddenly the most popular girl in school and the guy she's liked forever even notices her, but will she forget who she really is? I recommend this movie to anyone who loves reality movies mixed with fairytales. It's funny, exiting and sad. I LOVE IT!
