Rating: Summary: Bad Movie! Review: I'm just going to say this movie lacks any wonder and beauty of the first Lady and the Tramp. Scamp oh SCAMP! The main caracter in this movie simply is just a puppy who just wants to be "Wild and Free" Pah! We all know how this kind of movie ends. Scamp realizes that life on the streets is'nt as good as a home with family. Gee suspenseful! Nothing made want to know what was going to happen next. Angel is a dog who wants a family. Vis Versa. Scamp and Angel both live together now in the nice house with a happy family. What a chesey ending! Alright enough about the pups, lets go to the parents. If you saw this movie first before the first Lady and the Tramp you only get the impression that Tramp and Lady are just parents who care for their pups. Tramp has no spirit left. In the first one Tramp was sly cunning and knew how to get out of trouble. He could run and jump high. Now he can't even jump over Scamp's doghouse wich is small, then Tramp says "Just using some 'frogotten mucsels' yes, he has frogot who he is, and he had settled down too much! Jock and Trusty are'nt as loveable as the used to be. In this movie everone is just soooo worried about Scamp. It is durnig the 4th of July around this time in this movie and did'nt wan't to celebrate please I'm with Aunt Sarah and just froget about him. Scamp messed up the movie. Oh and Aunt Sarah's Siamese cats had no lines in the movie! I mean those cats played a bid part in the first 1! I was kinda hoping Scamp would of stayed in the pound and got eaten by that big bulldog. I have changed about what I think of this now bad movie. Rent it don't buy it.
Rating: Summary: Not as good as the first! Review: This movie in'nt as remberable as the first Lady and the Tramp! Disney makes horrible sequels! Let me tell you 5 reasons not to get this movie!1: Tramp and Lady as no more spirit 2: Corny songs 3: Too much like The Little Mermaid II another BAD sequel. 4: Rushed the scene where Angel and Scamp eat sphagetti. 5: An easy to quess plot. Don't waste your $$$$
Rating: Summary: Horrible. Horrendous. Heinous. Review: I was stunned by how poor this movie is. The songs are awful. Singing is awful, the plot is really insipid - just a rehash, nothing new, and nothing inspiring. Leaps and bounds away from the original - the only thing in common with the first is that Darling still has that soothing voice that makes you think she's got NO spunk whatsoever. Really bad. Rent first before buying - even my 5 yo was uninterested. For a stellar disney sequel, watch Lion King 2.
Rating: Summary: Scamp looks ashamed in his Direct-to-Video appearance Review: A very unactiony, boring, flick that is only suitable for the young girls terrorizing your home! Scamp escapes from his domestic life to live free as a junkyard dog. I think in the junkyard you might have seen the DVD itself. I like The Hunchback of Notre Dame 2 better any day of the week. A campy sequel to classic Lady and the Tramp. Almost a one-star.
Rating: Summary: Lady and the Trump are back! Review: Once again, Disney has made a sequel to one of thier movies, and this time, we have Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure. The first movie had Belle Notte 3 times, but this movie only has it once. This movie is like Little Mermaid 2, Return to the Seas, where Ariel's daughter longed to live in the sea, and here Scamp longs to be a street dog instead of a house dog. I am giving this movie 4 stars because a couple of times, Scamp didn't do what he promsied or wanted to. Scamp hates the rules in the Darling's house, and not to mention having to take baths. As the movie opens, Tramp (Jeff Bennett), Lady (Jodie Bensen), and Jim Dear (Nick Jameson) are having trouble with Lady's and Tramp's son Scamp (Scott Wolf) and when makes a mess in the house, Jim Dear, chains Scamp to the dog house outside, whiich causes Scamp dreams of running away and becoming a street dog, but he doesn't know that his father was once a street dog. He runs away and meets a mean dog (Chazz Palminteri) and a street dog named Angel (Alyssa Milano). Other voices include Jim Cummings and the late Mary Kay Bergman.
Rating: Summary: My girls loved it! Review: I think this is one of the few sequels that really is good! This is an adoreable story of 2 puppies learning to grow up. Worth the money to buy it! Kids of all ages will enjoy it!
Rating: Summary: Cool, But Not Cool Enough... Review: "Lady & The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure" is okay, but it suffers because it doesn't have enough action. And the bad dog (Buster) doesn't have a big fight with Scamp at the end of the movie. There should have been a big fight between him and Scamp at the end. It would have been cool...
Rating: Summary: Not the greatest Review: The kids review: The primary reason kids like this movie is not because it has taste but rather because the charachter design and animation principles are highly exagerated to make the movie and charachters charming in look and movement. It took months to finally get to this conclution but sadly this is the reason the modern audience loves this movie. The other reason is the simple problem solving techniques used by the charachters and his defiance of the previous generation make him VERY easy to identify with. The audults' review: This movie, by comparison is a real dud, it has very little emotion in the story and is generally tasteless. Animation is up to par but the story line is an insult to the original. Another one of the big losses is that scamp has no style in what he does and is always eceptionally cumbersome, this subtracts even further from this movie's rating. The movie also lacks any relevance to the real world. The Sound: I dont like the mixdown tastes of whoever mixed this movie, it is boring and sounds like a copy ready for "throw out" porposes. In other words it sounds like a recording of a tired orchestra. All in all it is very boring. The Picture: This as one might expect, this is next to perfect.
Rating: Summary: An adorable classic-to-be! Review: This is a charming little story that relives all the fond old memories of the original. I am seventeen years old and when i have a cold or i'm just plain not feeling good this is the perfect movie to put me in a good mood. i think that every one would enjoy this movie from the young toddlers to the elderly grandparents. i highly recomend any one to buy this movie, you are sure to get your money's worth.
Rating: Summary: Pure exploitation Review: This is a sequel to the Original Lady and the tramp. Lady and Butch (The Tramp) have a son who wants to be a junk yard dog. This movie was made for only one reason and that is to make money. It is a complete insult to the original and the genius of Walt Disney. The songs are terrible.
