Rating: Summary: Not too shabby...if you've seen and enjoyed the series... Review: I liked this movie simply because I've already seen the whole series. Yet, it seemed to lack a sense of excitement in some aspects. It didn't conclude Gundam Wing in a very strong way, since the whole movie was centered around the little girl, Mariemaia, and Relena. Secondary conflicts didn't really arise, which would have made for a more interesting plot. Although, if you are a Relena + Heero fan, then you might greatly enjoy this movie. Small romantic moments are felt...as Heero tries to rescue her...OFCOURSE! And the ending is somewhat sweet... Even though it seemed to lack adrenaline, mobile suits not really being the focus, it does allow for the viewer to see deeper into some of the characters...such as Heero. It has a very straight forward plot, but is a good movie. I would recommend The Endless Waltz for anyone who has seen the series and grew to like the characters. Although some of the characters were neglected in the movie, it still provides a nice conclusion. (Also, Heero's gundam is gorgeous!!!...so is Duo's!) A nice storyline, though it could have been spiced up a bit...but hey, who am I to be a critic, right? Nice graphics, nice character presentations, and a decent plot. It is certainly an above-average anime, and is a memorable story.

Rating: Summary: Very Nicely Done Review: My standard rule applies here. I don't rate titles based on their artistic value as I see it. I happen to like this OAV very much -- but that does not necessarily mean you will. I will, however, rate this title on it's technical merits. Whom ever produced this DVD did a good job. The quality of the audio is very good on the Dolby Digital English track. The Japanese track is Dolby Digital 2.0 but it still sounds very good. The video quality is far superior to any of the DVDs in the Gundam Wing lineup thus far. The image is stable with bright and accurate colors. The motion is fluid and free of any obvious artifacts. Backgrounds are also free of obvious decompression artifacts. In fact, I had a difficult time finding decompression artifacts on this DVD. This DVD was obviously produced with care. The extras are a little lean. The image and sound are so good, however, that I just don't care. This DVD simply looks great on all the systems I've tried -- including progressive scan. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this DVD. If you are a Gundam Wing fan (13 or over) I think you will enjoy this DVD.
Rating: Summary: Awesome Awesome movie Review: To tell you the truth I have only seen the edited version but I know the Uncut has to be good cause if the cut is good, heh heh, So I recommend this movie for all GW fans and you dont get to see the modified Gundams on the series, for example Heavy arms Custom isnt on the series but He is Awesome he is my favorite so get this movie now!
Rating: Summary: Best Gundam Wing DVD Around. A Must Buy! Review: OK, I just got this DVD and I decided to review the features it offers. First off, You get both the OVA Version, released as 3 episodes in Japan, and the Movie release, which was released in 1998 in Japan and featured extra scenes. The OVA was what Cartoon Network cut to bits and made into the version we saw here. Both of these are uncut, unlike CN's version. The DVD has Japanese and English 2.0 audio, and features 5.1 audio on the Movie, which is good, since I recommend the movie over the OVA. The DVD also features Subtitles for those who wish to view it in Japanese and still understand it. The Japanese/Subtitles work for both versions. The menus are animated, but it isn't that big of a bonus, since 2 menus are animated in the BG and you cant see much, the title menu has ZERO opening it's wings, which is good, and the other 2 are Nataku powering up, and D-HELL attacking. The extras include a full MS Database consisting of the Gundams (EW Version), Serpent Units and Tallgeese III, a set of textless endings for the OVA, A set of promo trailers for Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, and one other which I can't think of, credits for the DVD, and a galery of a few pictures that weren't seen in Endless Waltz. The music in the Movie is all the same except for the credits have been replaced with Last Impression instead of White Reflection, which is a stupid change, since White Reflection is better. Also, alot of the dramatic music from the battles have been eliminated and either have no music or different, less dramatic music. The added scenes, like Zechs in Tallgeese waiting for Noin and ZERO under the ocean are worth it though. The clarity can't be beat, since I had recorded the movie from CN and the quality sucked, so it looks much better. In case it makes a difference, which I don't know if it does being this is my first DVD, I used it on my PS2. The uncut feature really doesn't do much, Duo says to take the Serpents to hell instead of along for the ride, Zechs says Damn you, nothing major. Overall, any Gundam Wing fan should buy this DVD, and if you don't have a DVD player, get the uncut VHS instead. It may only have 1 of the 2 versions, but it is better than that stupid cut version.
Rating: Summary: The Unedited Version is better! Review: I don't really like the edited version. It has no blood or swear words. Without them, I don't think this should be PG-13. It should be more of a PG. The Uncut version is also better because it's longer!
Rating: Summary: One of the best anime movies ever! Review: I luv Gundam Wing, so u probley can guess y i luv the GW movie! Like most anime movies u c reviewed the people say "GREAT!" "MUST C!" "2 THIMBS UP" well, this is all. It's devided up into 3 parts, and the music is great! ^^* ZECHS LOOKS SO SEXY IN IT! O.o AND DUO! O.O
Rating: Summary: Endless Waltz (Special Edition) Review: All i gotta say is, WOW!!!! This is way better than the Endless Waltz i saw on Cartoon Network!! Rating: Summary: Kids in Mecha saving the world Review: I bought this dvd without viewing the tv series. Although, there is lot I don't know about the series, but this dvd was still entertaining. It had solid action scenes and cool mechs. Five children rides in these giant robots called gundams and fight to preventa war. I think their Gundams are upgraded or improved, but they look cool as hell. What's even more cool is that this dvd containing the movie version and the three part OVA. The movie version is shorter than the OVA, bit it suppose to contain new scenes not shown in the OVA. I prefer the movie version, because it is more linear and has a more happier ending. Because I never saw the TV series, I do have lot of questions like: What is the Meteor Operation? I would recommend seeing the the TV series first before watching this movie, so you would have a better understanding of the movie. Watching this movie makes me want to watch the series to grasp the plot of this whole Gundam Wing series, but it suppose to be total of 49 episodes. That is alot of dvd volumes, and not all have been release yet. Another thing is that some people could not play this dvd on their dvd player. You should check if your dvd player is compatible with this dvd before purchasing.
Rating: Summary: Grandiose Ultimate No-holds-barred Definately Awesome Movie! Review: If you don't have a copy of this DVD, get it now. Right now. It was one of the best purchases I have ever made. The animation of this movie is spectacular, the plot intriguing, and the experience enlightening. It's one of those movies where, after you watch it, you think about it days afterward. If you're not a fan of the series, it doesn't matter. This DVD just kicks. It contains both the 3-episode OAV, and the movie version, which has extra footage! It is truly a high light in Gundam's 22 year history, and the best Gundam movie since Char's Counter attack. Also, please try to watch this movie with a surround sound stereo system. It makes it so much more worthwhile.
