Summary: The Best Batman Movie Ever
Review: Mask Of The Phantasm is my favorite animated film and is one of my all-time favorite movies. The story has more power behind it than alot of the movies Hollywood releases nowadays. The voicing by such greats as Kevin Conroy,Dana Delaney,Mark Hamill, and Dick Miller is superb. The direction is great. The opening credits builds up more emotion than any live-action Batman movie(and it's just a bunch of buildings!)Along with a great script and a moving score, this is a film anyone should have, casual fan or not.

Summary: Mature Batman. The way he should be portrayed.
Review: Great animation, voice-acting, and story. Head and shoulders above the live-action counterparts. If only they were given the chance to produce the next live Batman!

Summary: absolutly fantastic!
Review: I watch Batman:The Animated Series almost religiously, so it's no surprise that Mask of the Phantasm has turned out to be one of my all time favorite movies. I am currently working on finding the soundtrack because the music is great too.

Summary: The best Batman movie ever!!
Review: This movie is the best. If you like Batman and want to find a Batman movie that isn't stupid go buy this movie. It may be a cartoon but this movie is more adult than most of the Batman movies. This movie is good for adults and children. Go buy this movie now!!

Summary: AWSOME!
Review: I love this soundtrack! I especially like the main theme with the chorus. It really captures Batmans mood, as previous viewers have said. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys Batman or who just likes a good score. The only thing I dont like is the ending song sung by Tia Carrera. I like Tia Carrera, but the song wasnt too exciting.

Review: One should not dismiss this Batman due to the fact that it is an animated feature. This one is for adults as well as children. As a matter of fact this one captures the essence of the Dark Knight better than any of the live-action features.

Summary: The best animated Batman!
Review: This is the Dark Knight as he should be! If you were turned off by the stupidity of the last two live-action Batman movies, give this one a shot, and you'll love it. We are given several dramatic and insightful looks into Batman's origin and his emotional turmoil, scenes which are moving without being pathetic. As Bruce Wayne's old flame returns to Gotham, we see how she and her family are intimately connected with Batman's development. In the present, the appropriately spooky Phantasm is killing Gotham gansters and Batman must find out who this spectre is and why the killings have started. In the past, Bruce Wayne is just beginning to put his "plan" of vigilantism into action, and we see his first battle, the introduction of his costume, and how he almost aborted his plan before it really began. The purprise ending is no surprise at all, but otherwise it is a superb treatment of the Batman legend.

Summary: The best Batman movie, live action or animated!!!
Review: I loved this version! It had great story and character development. Unlike the later Batmans with Val and George, I cared about the hero and all that surrounded him.It was deep and still packed lots of action. Mark Hamill was great as the Joker. This really does justice to the original comic.
