Rating: Summary: My daughter's favorite Review: This was our first Wiggles video and remains my 20 month old daughter's favorite. There is a bouncing ball at the beginning of each song saying what the title of the next song is. It moves along really well, with the exception of Greg's magic show, which we fast forward through. My daughter loves the songs and has started to learn the words and motions. She starts doing them at times throughout the day and wants me to sing the song for her. A great addition for your little wiggler.
Rating: Summary: Addictive Review: We also bought this video because of a trailer on a Barney tape (with the quack quack song). We never realized what we were in for! Our daughter, almost 2 years old (22 months), LOVES this tape. She can't get enough of the Wiggles She already knows all their names, who wears what color shirt, all the songs and words, and most of the dance steps. She really likes the pirate for some reason -- she hasn't stopped talking about the pirate (and Jeff, the one who sleeps alot) for many weeks now. The bottom line on this tape is: every Wiggles song on the tape is catchy and fun, most toddlers will love it. And it is fun to do the dances with the kids, so it does sort of act as a good workout tape. Those guys sure get a workout doing all those steps! Buy the tape, your kids will love it and you'll be supporting safe, fun TV. I'd be shocked if any parent didn't like this tape -- or if any kid didn't have fun watching it!
Rating: Summary: Wiggly Fun! Review: We saw the "Quack Quack" song on the beginning of a Barney movie and loved it so much I purchased this video. It's terrific! My 16-month old daughter loves it and so does the rest of the family (my 7 year old daughter, my husband and I). She dances and claps and says "Baw" everytime the ball comes on between songs. I find myself singing or humming the tunes even when the movie is over - they are very catchy and a nice change to the Barney songs I've heard a billion times in the last 7 years (not that we don't like Barney too)! I will enjoy watching my daughter grow with this tape and learn to follow along with the dance steps and songs. She has already learned how to do the quack, quack and cocka-doodle-doo motions from the repetition at the beginning of the Barney movie. It's too cute! I HIGHLY recommend this for young children of all ages. I'm sure it would be great in a daycare setting too - the more the merrier!
