Review: My 3 year old began watching this DVD at age 2, and ALWAYS turns down every other DVD in favor of this one! I really can't believe how many times she has watched it, and she still begs to see it again. Montessori has produced this series using their time-tested methods of instruction, and letting children learn by doing it themselves. This movie must capture the childs attention with as much magnetizing force as being in the school. Yes, the price is steep. But the quality is great! Children are baking muffins, creating colored water from dyes, learning to clean up spilled milk, and caring for pets: all the real life stuff you want your child to experience. The list goes on and on. The DVD is separated into 7 sections, which are each about 45 minutes long, I think. It has many hours of play and learning time in instruction. If you can convince yourself to spend the money, your child will not regret it.
