Summary: My daughter Elizabeth adored this video
Review: I'm not the type to go on and write a review but I wanted to let people know that my daughter loved it! The music is wonderful and relaxing. Elizabeth runs down every morning and finds the tape and hands it to me until I put it in the vcr. She doesn't stop asking for it. When I go to her grandmothers house I always make sure I bring it with me. I hope they come out with some more products soon as my daughter and I can't wait! I would recommend this video to any parent or grandparent looking for something new for their child or grandchild.

Summary: Humor, puppet scenes, and very simple lessons
Review: Ideal for use by parents and daycare center personnel, Baby Prodigy is an impressively produced, 30-minute video designed specifically for infants and filled with visual and auditory stimulation, centered around the endearing, cuddly character of "Dookie Duck". Humor, puppet scenes, and very simple lessons of bright colors and spatial relationships make Baby Prodigy an excellent and wholesome choice for family viewing with the very young.

Summary: WE LOVED IT. GREAT FOR COLIC BABIES TOO!
Review: My daughter has suffered from colic for months. My friend recommended this video as her daughter's favorite so I thought I'd give it a try. My baby has colic and screams for hours at a time! Not any more, when I put Baby Prodigy on, she stops! I can't believe it. This video has gotten my husband and I through many hard days and nights. Her eyes open wide and for 30 minutes she is focused on the video! I'm anxiously awaiting the new Baby Preschool Video!!!!!! She also loves your musical pacifier CD it really CALMS her down!

Summary: A Great Quality Product
Review: My daughter loved this DVD. I had some kids over my house and they loved it too. It's entertaining and educational and I can't wait for the next one to come out!!!!

Summary: Poor Quality
Review: My three children like the music, but the quality is terrible. Not only does it give the feeling of being taped over one too many times, but the toys and props used also give it an old-timey feeling, which isn't pleasant. I had read such nice reviews and was really disapointed. There are a lot better dvd's to purchase than this one.

Summary: Wonderful
Review: My wife and I sat down with our son to watch this dvd. We absolutely loved it. It's one of those dvd's you put in first before all of the other ones because you know that your child loves it over and over again! We loved the concepts of the dvd because none of the other dvd's out there have done anything like this one. There are so many abc videos and animal videos, etc. This teaches a whole new concept in a fun way. The music is excellent too. I really hope this company puts out another product soon.

Summary: very disappointing
Review: This is by far the worst baby DVD we ever bought. And it is the first time in three years that the advice of our fellow-Amazonians let us down. Four reviewers recommended this title, and I cannot understand at all why. Here is what's on this DVD: Very dark background, cheap and boring toys that don't do much, and THE worst pupeetering EVER! The duck puppet is handled from the side, not from underneath, and as a result you see this thing lying on its side all the time. All it can do is open and close its beak ... a far cry from the pupeetering of the Baby Einstein titles. The toys are shown in a strange kind of close-up, and the sequencing has no rhyme or reason to it whatsoever. Somebody just threw this together. There is an "educational" section in the middle: You see how ice melts in a frying. Here is the problem with this: My 16-month old does not get this BUT the scene right after this somewhat lame science experiement is a very boring snail toy that moves across the screen in slow motion, and my baby is bored by that. Which age group did they aim this at? 0-3? Don't make me laugh. The music is not good, either.... If I could have, I would have given this zero stars....

Summary: SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
Review: This video was, without a doubt, the worst video I could possibly imagine for a young child. There was absolutely no creativity involved when filming this production. Don't let the title fool you...music plays in the background while you watch a slideshow of antique toys. These toys have to be at least 30 years old and are completely ineffective when it comes to capturing the attention of a small child. To be fair, I can only comment on the first 5 minutes of this dvd because I refused to watch it any longer. Save your money for some of the more educational (and entertaining) dvds. Your kids will appreciate it!

Summary: LOVED IT!
Review: We have twin girls who are 15 months and they absolutely love the video. They wanted to watch it over and over again. In fact, my daughters have been able to ask for Dookie by name. One of their first words!!!!!!I've since given it to all of our friends expecting babies. Your kids will love it.
