Summary: Feeds your toddler's truck obsession
Review: Our 2 year old is obsessed by all things with wheels, especially garbage trucks. Nothing leaves him in more slack-jawed bliss than this DVD, in particular the Garbage Truck portion. The educational portion bores him to tears at this point, and the "comedy" bits are SUPER CHEEZY. Unlike other reviewers, my son can't stand Dave and Becky -- all he wants to see are the trucks and he always wants to "go fast" (fast forward) to the parts he likes. If trash day is a highlight at your house, they'll love this.

Review: See my full review under "Real Wheels--Travel Adventures". We have 6 of these tapes and they are the absolute best. They also make FABULOUS affordable birthday gifts. Among our all-time favorite kids' tapes.

Summary: Too scary for our 2 year old
Review: The write-up does say it's for ages 3-8, but our son loves garbage trucks, so we got it for him anyway. Two scenes made him cry so much that we'll probably have to shelve the video: one where "Garbageman Dave" falls into a garbage truck, which drives off, with Dave's legs kicking in the air; another where "Dave" and "Becky" get out of the garbage truck and it drives off without them. Both of these scenes, and most of Dave's antics, are really not needed. Not sure I'd want a kid of any age to see grown-ups doing this kind of goofy, dangerous stuff. But overall, the DVD is a good effort with lots of interesting things for kids.

Review: This DVD is very educational and captivates my 3 year old son. In fact he has been watching it since 2, and does not get tired of it. However the best part of all is we use this DVD when he goes on his nebulizer for nightly asthma treatments before bed. To sustain its shelf life in your CURRENT DVD collection I would recommend you vary its programming options for your child. You may select an ALL PLAY which runs straight through all the vehicles listed. Or you may do an individual play for a vehicle of your choice. What is even better is the footage between the full-length film and the indvidual vehicles is slightly different. Its almost like having 4 videos in one. Give it a try! You'll be hooked like me

Summary: NY - This Video is GREAT!!! MOM of 3 boys
Review: We could NOT live without this DVD in our house. Our 20 month old watches it all day long. When he wakes up in the AM it is the first thing he asks for and the asking continues all day long. It keeps him quite content for a full 90 minutes. It teaches them about all different kinds of trucks and what they can all do. If you have boys, this DVD is very much worth buying!

Summary: A great DVD for kids of all ages!
Review: We LOVE this DVD! Our 20 month old son watches it all of the time. It is the first thing he asks for every morning. It has three segments, each 30 minutes long. It teaches about fire trucks and fire safety, garbage trucks, recycling and more. Our son will sit for the full 90 minutes and remain completely entertained. If you have boys who like trucks, then you have to have this DVD.
