Summary: The Wiggles Cold Spaghetti
Review: I own all of the tapes of the Wiggles and this one is by far one of my favorites. It has all new and refreshing songs with a touch of the hispanic culture. This is perfect for parents who want their kids to be exposed to other cultures. My 19 month old daughter loves it just as much as my husband and I do. This is a definate buy for true Wiggle fans.

Summary: We love The Wiggles!
Review: I will concede that this isn't the very best Wiggles DVD ever, but it's still a great show! My 3 year old has loved the Wiggles for years now, and she loves this DVD as much as the others.

I agree that if you're starting, "Yummy Yummy" or "Wake Up Jeff" or "Toot Toot" are awesome starters. But this DVD is still really fun to watch!

Summary: More like a cold shower
Review: My 2-year old really enjoys the Wiggles so I assumed this one would be a hit, too. Boy was I wrong! There are a few cute moments but the mariachi band (specifically the boy singer) were so awful and talentless I could barely stand to watch. The choreographer was pretty lame, too. Unlike most other Wiggly movies, this one had no catchy tunes. My son watched for a few minutes then was completely disinterested; he wanted to watch his "other Wiggles" instead. Skip this one and go with a classic, ie. Toot, Toot. We still love the Wiggles but this particular movie was a waste of time.

Summary: Had to add my two cents after reading some of these reviews.
Review: My daughter (17 Months)is hooked on the Wiggles just like so many other children. I wanted to get a wiggles DVD that did not have all the same songs that were on TV all the time. Let`s Go To The Great Western Cafe, Follow The Bird, Foodman, We`re The Cowboys and Farewell To The Wiggly Trail are all catchy tunes. Now we have the CD and she almost bounces out her car seat listening to Listen To The Drummer Playing. Different strokes for different folks and these folks love it.

Summary: Not Very Wiggly
Review: My son is a huge Wiggle fan. We own every Wiggle DVD that is available in the USA, and I have to say that I easily tolerate watching them multiple times during the week. However, Cold Spaghetti is the ONLY Wiggle movie that is utterly painful to sit through. EVERYTHING about this movie is horrible. The story is dumb, the acting terrible, and sadly, the music is THE WORST!!! This is the only Wiggle movie that my son is not interested in. The few times I put it on, he watched it for a few minutes and then started to whine. I am sorry I wasted my money on this movie, as he is obviously not interested in seeing it. And I can't say I blame him. Parents, do yourself and your children a favor and buy any Wiggle movie but this one.

Summary: Big Fan...Bad Movie
Review: My two year old son and I love the Wiggles. But this is the least favorite of all our Wiggles movies. A few of the songs are enjoyable and catchy, especially the one about the "Patito" because the young boy who sings it has a strong and beautiful singing voice, but for the most part the entire movie was ANNOYING. And they got it all wrong - spaghetti is Italian, mariachis are Mexican, cowboys are American, so how are they supposed to be related in this story? They kind of just throw in all these different cultures and don't quite make a connection. Nevertheless, my son will sit through parts of the movie as he loves anything Wiggles. But I wouldn't recommend it.

Summary: Not as bad as others have suggested...
Review: Okay, we are true Wigglers in our house and own just about all of their videos or DVDs. Now, on this one, I definitely suggest getting the DVD because they have awesome footage of the Wiggles touring Japan and China. When your kids get older and seemingly outgrow the Wiggles, this footage will definitely be helpful and educational still. I truly appreciated seeing the Great Wall of China and knowing that they did concerts for our servicemen there for $1 a ticket. That's pretty awesome!

Regarding the Cold Spaghetti movie itself, I think it's better for older kids because they'll be able to follow the storyline a bit better than young toddlers. It's not a typical Wiggles video but it's a movie and is designed as such. It has some great songs a few stinkers ("Chasing the Birdie"), but all-in-all, it's worth the money. "Masta Pasta Maker" and "We're the Cowboys" are great songs and you'll find yourself singing them all day long. My little guy decided to boot scoot the rest of the day! He really liked the western theme. It drags a little so you'll have trouble keeping the little ones interested which is why I suggested this one for the older ones.

To me, it seems that the Wiggles are trying new things to keep it fresh which I find to be very refreshing and pertinent for kids. I think folks need to be a little more understanding on why the Wiggly dancers are there - Greg is the youngest at 31, Jeff is 50, Murray is 42 and Anthony is 40, almost 41. There's only so much they can do for long periods of time because of the age situation so keep that in mind. I don't care for the Wiggly dancers myself either - the outfits are very distracting and hokey so I wish they'd do something about that part. But, they'll have to do something - Jeff won't be able to rollerskate like he did on Wiggly Safari forever! It's just too hard to do as many shows as they do on tour and to keep up with all those dances. If you've ever seen them live, you know how hard they work on that stage so somewhere, something will have to slow down eventually, unfortunately! If you've ever been in the music biz like I have, you'd understand what goes on to get these videos to market. Also, check out their touring schedule on their internet site to see just how horrifically busy they are. Worst schedule I've ever seen and how they do it, I have no idea. How they manage to write new songs, do these videos, tour incessantly and still see their families is just a miracle to me. So, cut them some slack - they're one of the few groups out there that really do care about what kids are watching and learning and willing to give what they've got to help your kids get the start that they need. I don't have to screen their videos before we watch them which is very refreshing to me. I can't say that for other children's videos.

Buy the DVD - you'll enjoy it!

Summary: Our 3 Year Old Loves It
Review: Our three year old really likes this DVD. He now asks us if he can watch the Cowboy Wiggles. The Wiggles do have a knack for knowing how to entertain children, and this DVD does a good job entertaining children. Yes, it is pretty dumb, but it would be unfair to judge this movie from an adult's perspective. All of the dumb gags and songs are intended for children, and they seem to work. We are giving this 5 stars because our son really enjoys it.

It would be nice if the Wiggles used children dancers like they did in thier early DVDs. Also, if you are new to the Wiggles, you would be better off starting Wiggle Time, Toot Toot, or Yummy Yummy.

As bonus material, the DVD includes an enjoyable behind the scenes video from their tour of Asia. It's kind of fun to see them getting ready for a show.

Summary: Not One of the Wiggles' Best!!!
Review: Some of the reviews of this video are correct. From "what happened here," to "a disappointment," I'd have to agree with most of it. Oh sure, our girls love the Wiggles, as we did, but when my family got the DVD of this movie, and we sat down to watch it, we were disappointed as well, and there was a definite lack of interest.

I'm sure these guys wanted to branch out, so to speak, and they got their Cowboy outfits on and tried to save this restaurant of sorts, but it wasn't like the studio, or even some of the others like "Yummy Yummy," but again, the movie's not being compared to those videos. This movie stands alone, and it still isn't very compelling to watch, and we've seen it a few times.

Maybe the girls have to be a little older, and maybe we'll all need to see what we missed, because something is missing in this movie, and I wish they'd do it over again.
