Summary: A heartwarming movie with an amazing moral
Review: This movie should be required for every Amican Child to see. It tells a tale of a football team that beats the odds, and triumphs over all. It is a story about black and white getting a long with difficulties at furst, and hurdles along the way, but anyone who palys this victorious team, win or lose will always remember that they played the titans.

(A true story)

Summary: Heartwarming movie
Review: Denzel Washington shines in the role of football coach Boone, who has been selected to lead a high school football team in Alexandria, Virginia right after integration. He replaces the former coach, a white man, who at first refuses to coach as an assistant. Eventually, though, Coach Yoast does serve as an assistant in order to work with his white players. Boone is equally tough on black and white players and during training camp they learn that they will have to play as a team in order to survive the coach as well as the season. Coaches and players begin to have grudging respect for one another and eventually they become leaders in the integration effort. Relationships blossom and tentative friendships are begun as the Titans roll to an undefeated season. The deck is stacked against them in the State Championship game and the two coaches work together to combat crooked referees and bigoted bystanders. The film is beautifully made and tells a tale well worth watching.

Summary: The Best Movie Ever!
Review: This is the ultimate family movie ever. It shows how you can never judge someone by their looks, and at the same time, displays the result of teamwork. I would definately watch this one over and over.

Summary: a "life lesson" kind of movie
Review: I have used this movie as an educational discussion with teens, but this is also an enjoyable movie that the family can watch together, as we did with our "tweeners"...there is a "feel good" quality with some warm, funny moments as well as some sad ones...for the kids who really don't have "emotional" or personal exposure to racism issues, this movie provides a jumping off point for more indepth conversations...I felt that the acting of Washington was fine but not one of his best roles due to the predictability of the plot, but then again, the performances of the actors overall make this one worth owning.

Summary: WONDERFUL MOVIE!!
Review: I went into this movie thinking it was just going to be another one of those football movies without a plot and dry characters. Boy was I wrong!! This movie is simply excellent!!! The characters were really realistic and funny. If you are having any doubts about whether you should buy this movie, don't, this movie will please everyone!!

Summary: Incredible
Review: How so many can be fooled by this crap is beyond me. This is Disney matinee at its worst, cliche after cliche. If you want a good story about racial issues that really makes you think, see American history x instead. This was just embarassing.

Summary: Fair!
Review: I have never been a big fan of sports movies, and this movie has the added racial overtone to it. Personally, movies should first (and foremost entertain) and then they can send a bigger and more important message. In this case, i.e., Remember the Titans VHS ~ Denzel Washington is sometimes feels as if the story comes in second hand and the message is what is considered to be important. That is not how a well-written and well-produced movie is done. For instance; a movie that is able to entertain the audience and yet send a very strong message is, e.g., Soylent Green~Charlton Heston or Brazil~Jonathan Pryce, Robert DeNiro et al. Denzel Washington does an adequate job; he has played this role before and an actor should take risks and try new roles (to remain on his A game). The music was astounding to say the least and did add another layer of atmosphere. No I would have to conclude and finish, but saying the following; the movie, i.e., Remember the Titans VHS ~ Denzel Washington, could have and would have been so much better if the message of the movie and the movie in itself was the same level; since as it is, the movie ends up being a bit to political (and therefore only fair when it could have been so much more).

Summary: Remember The Titans and You Will Be Successful
Review: The hard lessons that the young men on the TC Williams football team stayed with them their whole lifes!

It is simply one of the finest films ever made. When Gary Beutier is hurt, and if you are not filled with emotion, then you are dead inside.

Congratulations to the Filmaker and Cast of Remember The Titans.
