Description:
Arthur is ambivalent about the new baby coming into his family. After imagining the worst, his new sister arrives and almost seems not to like him. This is a nice episode for kids facing the same dilemma about new siblings, and so is a follow-up on the same tape involving Arthur's lovable little sister, D.W.
