Summary: Unfortunately I can't give it a lower rating
Review: The thinking behind this DVD is good. Get a central character and a sidekick to introduce favorite nursery rhymes, so that kids can enjoy a collection of classics as a part of a larger story.

That's where the good idea ends!

The casting and acting is positively attrocious. Mother Goose is too young for the role, and all the rest of characters are way too old for theirs. Multiple role playing adds to the confusion, and the cinematography is so bad, it can't be rated.

I would be ashamed of myself if I had had any part of this totally stupid production.

Don't waste your money

Summary: Mother Goose Continues
Review: This collection of nursey rhymes have endured for centuries. The popularity of these rhymes added with the characters and fine musical arrangements make this video a must have for young children. With the close captioning a youngster can sing a long; or those that are beginning to read this video will be very helpful to help them recognize words. The animated menues are another DVD plus.

Summary: Cruddy video that kids just love
Review: This video is purely crud. The images are poor and the backgrounds are cheap stills. However, kids really love it! The songs will annoy most adults, but the video itself isn't a bad thing for the kids. Has a lot of dancing and song.
If you get this video, be sure to buy it on DVD, because I guarantee, your kids will watch it so much, your VHS tape will wear out.

Review: When I was younger, my Grandma got this for my little brother when he was born. But, I watched it more than him! Now that I found it on DVD I just cannot believe it! I will watch it and always think back to where I used to live and when I was little! I am so happy this is on DVD!
