Summary: One to watch over and over
Review: Predator is definetly one of the most enjoyable sci-fi action movies of all time. It came out before everyone turned to the cheap thrills that freak you out the first time and leave you bored the next (since you already know what's going to happen.) It's just all out fire power, explosions, action, and of course, Schwarzenegger. Who could ask for more? Well, a couple things maybe. Besides the amazing sound, I think the picture could have been cleared up just a hair. It's like a 4.5 out of 5. Even though 4.5 is awesome, that 0.5 difference is still noticable. Plus there's no fun features except a trailor. A DVD isn't just to watch a movie, it's to totally enhance it! If you spend $10.00 more an a DVD, there should always be something a little extra. Other than that, don't even think about holding back and not buying this title. It would be your loss.

Summary: SMokin!
Review: Predator stands out as one of the all-time great horror/thriller/action movies. Magnificent setting, solid casting, eerie music and soundeffects, along with a horrifying alien, combine to produce a movie that keeps you riveted. Not just a gory shoot-em-up, this film has style, visual continuity, and a great performance by Arnie (in his element). Two thumbs up

Summary: DVD Quality Review
Review: When I am looking for a digital copy of a film, it's usually beacuse I want a perfect copy. And as far as I can see Predator lives up to this standard. While I would have liked to see more information on the disc, the film itself is in excellent condition. I would say that this would be a great addition to any digital library.

Summary: You gotta' be kiddin' me.
Review: I can still remember first seeing this movie and saying to myself..."what a totally awsome concept". I was amazed at how different this flick was from what was coming out during that time. The music score, the suspense, the hot jungle, the invisible evil thing, and no cops to come to your rescue. "...200 rounds...full pack..." This movie ROCKS.

Summary: the best action movie of the decade
Review: Arnold is amazing, unlike other movies, I can watch it over and over again. The ending is sweet.

Once again Arnold has amazed me!

Summary: perfect movie of its type
Review: great cast of every muscle-bound actor you have recently seen, including the Governor of Minnesota, appearing in a Rainbow Coalition like the 50's war movies (white, black, Indian, etc.); jungle war plus a desparate battle for survival against an alien who has dropped in for a hunting vacation

Summary: Arnolds best and MOSt powerful!
Review: This is a classic. It shall remain my favorite for many years to come. The Soundtrack was superb, the cast was allstar, and the visual and sound effects were absolutly ingenius. Stan Winston is a genius. Every one should see this movie. May Kevin Peter Hall rest in peace, after that horrible disease he contracted.

Summary: Stunning photography, amazing action, way ahead of its time
Review: This is definatly one of my favourite films of all time. The setting couldn't have been better and the sound and picture on the THX version is fascinating. This movie was way ahead of it's time in regard to special effects. The Predator's sounds and visuals are stunning and spine-tingeling. Non stop action and great one-liners make this another 10+ Arnold movie.

Summary: a simple story done very well
Review: Predator takes the "alien-picking-them-off-one-by-one" concept and executes it flawlessly. Great camera work lets you almost feel the oppresive jungle heat at every turn and adds tremendously to the suspense. And after all our heroes and resources are expended in vain, the ending comes down to Arnold and the Predator in a desperate battle of primal wits.

The DVD features the standard fare of trailer+chapter selects, but the picture and sound are sharp and leaves little room for complaint.
