Summary: The Most Offensive Movie I've Seen All Year
Review: Well, so much for witchcraft. If I could, I'd give this movie zero stars, maybe even a negative number. This movie mostly sickened me, though it also made me laugh. I am a witch, and I reccomend this movie only because it was well made and you may want to see it with your own eyes. I couldn't believe how funny parts of it were... But only to me. They claimed to practise witchcraft, but through all their rites they were wearing crosses (necklaces and earrings). They called upon the Watchtowers in a ritual they had for fun, but the Watchtowers are very powerful, and needed only in the most complicated and important of rituals. And they claimed to need a person for each element, while there are many practising covens with only three people. A 'representative' of each element is not needed. Did I mention the sick minds of the writer of this movie? They drank their blood mixed together, claiming that the blood of their sisters gave them power. Their 'leader' beached a ton of whales, then called them her 'gifts' from the spirit they worshipped. All in all a sad movie. If you're going to bother messing with the reality of witchcraft, at least make it scary. (...)

Summary: ...
Review: i agree with the first person up there... the movie does in a way perceive witchcraft and the wiccan religion in the wrong aspect and not true in some instances, but it was a very entertaining movie, and there are not that many movies made out there about wicca or witchcraft... i really enjoy this film

Summary: Good creepy movie!
Review: The Craft was a great movie. The story goes four misfits (once together) gain a power to lift each other up with there finger tips, get back at people who have mocked them ect. Only once the "envoke" the spirt every gets out of control. Now Rachel wants out but the other three don't like that. Now Rachel must use her magic to save herself against darker magic. A great film, awsome special effects, NOT a Satan worshiping film but they don't worship Jesus ETHER- some wird spirt. A great film thats shows you not to mess around with witch craft! If you liked Carrie or Bram Stokers Dracula you most likly will like The Craft.

Summary: The Craft: Special Edition
Review: Excellent laid out plot. Does away with some of the myths about wicca.

Summary: Scary, Creepy, Cool & Slick
Review: The Craft is one of the first movies that I got for my DVD collection, and even though i got the one with no special features, this movie was a special feature for me. This is a Cool and Slick movie. The 4 stars of this movie really gave it their all, with being wild, scary and sexy. The special effects are excellent! with a bit of humor on the side. This is one movie that will make you want to watch it over and over again!

Summary: Good Except for the ending
Review: I thought this movie was surprisingly good it's all about the pressures that most teens go through. I also liked the moral of this movie which is, "don't mess around with stuff you don't know." (magic for example)the cast was great and the special effects were awesome although, i didn't like how it ended.
the tough chick who took no trash from anybody got the shaft.
it shouldn't have ended like that.

Summary: Excellent Entertainment!
Review: Great acting, wonderful plot, and excellent special effects. Four teen girls at a school get into witchcraft innocently enough before all goes astray. Suspensful and thrilling, wonderful for anyone who wants to get a chill. And note to all Wiccans: The girls in this movie never claimed to be Wiccans. Not all Witches are Wiccan. Television and movies are not supposed to be about real life. Just ask any doctor or nurse how "accurate" ER portrays them or a teacher how "realistically" Bostom Public portrays them. They will tell you it does not. Movies and television are not supposed to be about accuracy, but entertainment, and this movie certainly delivers.

Summary: Mr we are the weridos
Review: First off this movie isn't meant to be a true to life depiction of Witches. It is as real as Shanghi Noon is to the wild west. It is a fantsy movie nothing more and nothing less. If you go into it thinking that this is going to show alot about Wiccan beleifs then think again. It's a good story that uses the idea of four fantasy witches and events that shape their lives and the decisions that they make. It has a good tight story which makes a nice change. The acting is pretty good and has a nice soundtrack. All the right mix for a good film. The messege it sends isn't altogether a bad one. In the film it is what happens when anger and misuse of power can achieve. This film is well worth a watch.

Summary: Cool, but misleading
Review: I gave this movie three stars because even though it was really cool, it has given many people the wrong idea about Wicca/Witchcraft. I'm sure many Wiccans agree that this is a horrible movie to show your parents right after you've announced you're Wiccan. When I first saw it, i thought it was awesome and it sparked my interest in Wicca. But it give the impression that Wiccans use spells to get boyfriends, kill people, so on and so forth. (At least i hope Wiccans don't do that. I don't)
