Summary: All-but forgotten masterpiece
Review: When I got this movie I thought it would be some piece of schlock worthwhile only for the presence of David Hemmings. Well, I was right, of course, about David Hemmings, who's superb, as usual, but gosh were my expectations for the film way off base! It's simply astounding. I don't want to give too much of the plot away, except to say that this is one of the best horror films ever made. Although some of us might protest that very little of _Thirst_ is fiction.
