Review: Though not as good as the original, this film keeps you interested throughout.As is true in most cases the sequels are not quite as good as the original. The special effects in this second sequel to Watchers is average. I recommend this movie for rainy days.

Summary: Watchers 3 was a good idea.
Review: Wathchers 3 was okay but it could have been much better. The Outsider looked sort of laim but it sure could kill. The idea of commandows being used as guinea pigs to test this new Outsider was appeling to me. The good people who made this movie should have tried to get a little more money so they could have made Wathchers 3 with better special affects. I'm sure that who ever has seen the movie would agree with me, but that's just my opinion. They should have tried to make the Outsider more creature like, and less human like. I mean, I know the Outsider is part human, but come on! When you see it you can tell it's some guy in a monster suit. Unlike the first 2 Watcher films, the Outsider looked more like a reptile instead of a mamal. Now that was a big improvment! But like I said before it still looked to human like. Maybe when people start appresheating movies like these, they will get more funding and they will be able to improve the quality of these types of films. If only wishes could come true. I like the way they killed the Outsider in the movie. I have to admit that I thought that was cool. Sometimes when watching the movie I wish that I wrote the story, and desinghed the Outsider. My favorit chracter was that loveible pooch, Einstine. That's what I like about the Watcher series, it focuses on to amazing creatures that are the product of gentic enginering. I think that they should make many more Wathcher movies, but I hope that they make the atempt to make Outsider more animal in apperence. If they wanted to make the Outsider reptilian like they should have made it look something like Godzilla(1998). Now that was a really, really awsome looking reptile! They should get some ideas from the big budget movies. Maybe if the big movie studeos see that the litle movie studeos appresiating them they mite help with the funding with movies like Watchers 3.
