Rating: Summary: Better Than The First Review: Actually, this first sequel in the seemingly never-ending LEPRECHAUN saga is a lot better than the original. The original famous LEPRECHAUN is by far the worst entry in the series, and most lep fans agree it's the least impressive and it's boring and completely unwatchable. This second entry, however, is much better because the Lep isn't nearly as childish as he was in the first and he's much more of a pervert. (He gets REALLY perverted in LEPRECHAUN 3.) Anyway, this one is about the Lep looking for love. On St. Patrick's Day 1,000 years ago, he turns 1,000 years old and it is tradition that on his one thousandth b-day, a Leprechaun can claim his bride. The only problem is that the Lep is betrayed by his slave who distracts the Lep from snaring the girl of his nightmares by running away. The Lep takes a vow that on his next thousandth birthday, he would stalk his slave's fairest offspring and claim her as his bride. You'll have to watch the film to find out what happens after that, although you can probably guess; the typical Lep takes boyfriend's girl away, boyfriend and drunk uncle try to save girl.
Rating: Summary: part 2 should be remade Review: After a such a cult hit the first Leprechaun was I remember I couldn't wait to see the next entry. So I rented this one again in 2003 and remember why I don't remember this movie much since I first saw it. It was pure boring. Warwick Davis was very entertaining as usual, but the story itself just didn't work for me. I have gave this Lep movie 2 stars cause it had two classic killings in the movie. The Double circular saw blade seen to that kid's face was classic as well as drunk guy giving birth to a pot of gold.
Rating: Summary: it was okay Review: an okay movie.but not as good as the first one.but still pretty funny.its still worth renting.
Rating: Summary: Horrid Review: Bad puns, limmericks and jokes. Not gory and with very few laughs. Could have sworn James Van Der Beek was in this or maybe it was just another actor with no emotions.
Rating: Summary: not very solid or exciting Review: compared with leprechaun 3 and lep in the hood (lep 5), this one really doesn't have much to offer. it's not nearly as witty or inventive and it comes off as mostly just a slasher type movie with a few awesome warwick davisisms. skip it if you can, but if you must see it, then be forewarned
Rating: Summary: The best sequel in the series! Review: I love me Leprechaun 2! This movie is nonstop fun and excitement. Leprechaun has the best effects in this film and he is VERY violent. The other sequels were O.K but this one had more action and it wasn't that "silly". This is a gem, if you can get a copy. Order this now and tell them: " I wan't me golden Leprechaun 2!"
Rating: Summary: Not the greatest Leprechaun movie. Review: I rented the movie after watching Leprechaun. The movie is good with alot of comedy and mystery. But it is still rather predictable about who will die. Take out the man who played his bride's boyfriend's guardian I would give it 4. Give just a few more twists to the plot I'd rate it a 5.
Rating: Summary: i liked it Review: I thought this was the best of the Leprechaun movies. It was very exciting to watch.
Rating: Summary: viwer Review: I WANT ME GOLD!!!!!! this film is cool! nice! mabey not as god as number but better than 3! LEPRECHAUN 2 rules!
